Please note that we enjoyed this space and would love to return. These are some comments that could be addressed in order to make future guests more comfortable. We tripped on the lip on the floor entering into the kitchen multiple times. A reducer should be installed. Two of us slipped (but did not fall) in the bathtub shower. There were no stickers, mat or bars installed. This and the lip in the kitchen floor are very dangerous and need to be addressed. The lights in the basement stairway didn't work. We needed to use our flashlights to get down the stairs. The ceiling lights are dim (one is burnt out) but the stand light helped with this. The bed located in the room by itself was super hard. We needed to put a quilt on top of the bed to make it sleepable. Perhaps a mattress topper could be considered. The bunk beds squeaked with movement. Paper towels and more toilet paper would have been appreciated.

The location is awesome! It is very walkable to the shops and restaurants and has its own parking spot. It was quiet and comfortable. It was great to have so much space for 4 adults and the kitchen was used and appreciated. Three of the beds had comfortable mattresses. It was bright inside during the day with the curtains open. We would definitely return again!

The kitchen was not stocked with items like Saran, tinfoil, paper towel or oven trays. Not a lot of serving dishes either. May want to think about switching plastic for metal for people’s food allergies etc. Not enough hooks for coats etc inside the unit. A coat hook around the corner by the bathroom would be fabulous as well as hooks by the mirrors for bathroom bags etc. The bathroom could also use some hooks for towels and face cloths. 3m products are the bomb as you don’t have to drill holes. I use them all over my house as I hate to fill, patch and paint.

It was close to grocery stores, pubs and restaurants. Bright, cheery and clean. The beds were comfortable and the gas fireplace was awesome! Heated the suite and the rooms. We turned it off at night, but the suit was still comfortable in the morning. Hosts were easy to reach and responded quickly to any questions I had.

Beds were very comfortable. A good amount of space, not too cramped for 4 adults. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, and hosts brought us extra salt and garlic powder when requested.

If you’re not used to having upstairs neighbours it may be an adjustment to get used to the unique sounds of being in a basement apartment. But as far as upstairs neighbours go, these hosts were excellent.

I really enjoyed the location that it was really close to walk to the restaurants and shops, while being at the edge of the busier part so it was also quiet at night. The stove for keeping the apartment warm was excellent. The beds were really comfortable. My group appreciated the full sized fridge and freezer.

Had trouble with the fireplaces, but after a lot of trying we got it to work. The temperature would still fluctuate often and we couldn't seem to regulate it.

Location was great, nice spacious basement suite. Over all it was a great place for us. Clean and comfy!

The suite is very clean, spacious and tidy, the hosts communicated really well, explaining the self check in process, it was very easy. the rooms are large and the bed we had was the most comfortable we have ever slept in. the hosts are on hand if you need anything and enquired during our stay if everything was ok. the location is perfect in the middle of Jasper, everything we needed was on our doorstep, it has its own parking spot so was great as we had a car to explore the surrounding area.

there is a small step/ledge into the kitchen from the living room that was tripped over multiple times and the kitchen could use a couple steak knives as there was only one knife that could cut some vegetables however I could not cut through our dinner rolls.

Great spot right near the center of Jasper. The space easily accommodated our group of 5. Awesome place to come back to after a day of skiing. The hosts quickly responded to any questions we had.

Driveway very icy & very dark back yard/entrance made it difficult and dangerous upon arrival when carrying in bags. Shower curtain liner was very mildewy and needs replacing. Curtains covering the window in the room with the double bed did not block street light well - darker/blackout curtains would be recommended. Brighter bulbs inside could also be helpful. Overall OK value - lighting improvements would help!

Fireplaces were nice and cozy - quickly warmed up the place. Living room area was great for games - lots of space! Beds very comfortable and there was ample towels and pillows. Kitchen was well equipped, only thing missing was a kettle! Generally very clean.

I think some of the well-used areas like the kitchen drawers, utensils, and bath could us a good deep clean .. But other than that, the place is great! We definitely would go back in a heartbeat

It was way more spacious than I was expecting! beds, comforters, and pillows were super comfortable! The location is central and easy to get to. The owners left their number visible in the kitchen which I thought was really nice in case we needed to contact them for anything. Lots of towels and cloths provided which was fantastic.
