The hotel has a lot of potential for a great place because the view is amazing. To be honest I have mix emoticons since the quality of the rooms for the price had a lot to be desired. The room feels musky and humid, and also a bit dirty. The price is a bit high for what is offered in terms of quality.

The place had an amazing view, you really get to see the magnificence and beauty of the fjord area. The breakfast offered at a local restaurant for a cost was delicious and of good value. The reception accommodated to our needs for check in since we arrived very late

Felt the breakfast and dinner rates were very high. And would have liked to have been told that with the sofa bed 15.00 per night for the sheets used. If you have a room with two double beds do you get charged for the sheets if you have three people.

The location was exceptional very close to all amenities but was seclusive and very quiet. The rooms gave a great view of the fjords and were very clean an comfortable. Alex was very helpful and accommodating and very acknowledgeable about the surrounding area. Would definitely stay again.

The room was very warm with minimal ventilation. They are actively working on improvements and not sure if other rooms had this issue. The place has the character and quaintness of an older establishment which we enjoyed. The dinner was not as good as breakfast and there was no wine selection.

Hot breakfast was made to order and very good. Lovely dining.area with a view. The location is away from busier areas in the region and worth the extra drive to daily excursions. Staff was knowledgeable and suggested our favorite destinations.

-No sheets for the extra bed -Only one set of towel for two people -Cold water knob wasn’t working in shower -Mold around the bathtub -one lightbulb burned -Dirty corner in the bathroom -Shower head half plugged -Very squeaky bed -No extra pillow -Cable wasn’t working so no tv Nobody at the front desk at 10 pm and 8 am for the key or payment or key -No drop box for the key -No instructions or notes whatsoever about emergency problem, schedule or the key - Restaurant was closed the whole time So we left with no bill, leaving the key in the unlock room. Send an email to tell them and asked for a respond and nothing after more than 24 hours. Try to call 3 time but you can’t leave a message

The facilities in the room and organisation were poor. We had just two coffee pods with no milk and when I asked for more, I was told they didn’t know where they were. The young man did get us more after dinner. No way to fill a water bottle except at dinner. The property is so isolated there are no options outside either. Next morning, the toilet would not flush and there was no way of turning the shower on. This is not acceptable. Dinner - we had no idea what we were getting until one of the ladies told us- it all seemed a bit ad-hoc. That said the food was reasonable when it came and was thoughtfully prepared and presented. This property has so much potential - it just needs some serious investment in upgrading the facilities and some more professionally trained staff.

Location is the best feature of this property, with amazing views of the fjord. The staff were friendly and helpful - they very much wanted to please but sadly lacked the experience in running an establishment like this. ( except the young man who checked us in and out, who was very knowledgeable about the area.) The ladies who served us were friendly and kind but everything seemed a bit haphazard.

Since the arrival the situation has been verified as a complete lack of service, quality, safety, cleaning. Rooms without towels, or maximum 2 for two host, dust everywhere, electrical cable putted together at risk, residual of previous customers, the sheets of previous customers. In addition, one of 4 booked room, a wc set unable to discard with urine water flowing on the floor. Accident may happen, but the complete level of the structure and related services are terrible. Furthermore, smell of sewage, which prevented us from keeping the windows open.

Customer service was TERRIBLE. We arrived at 10pm and had to wait an hour for the owner to return to get into our room. The person at the hotel had no idea about how anything worked and could not even locate a washroom for us. On Day 2, we had to wait 20 minutes again because our room had not been cleaned. No apologies for either of these delays. Also, there was a strong smell from the septic system.

The service in the dining room was terrible. We were left for 15 minutes with no indication of how you get food. Breakfast was terrible when it came.
