there was nice room with clean linen, lacking ln some linen for two upon arrival but quickly bought it. there was a coat rack but nothing provided to hang the coat. Only one cup for coffee but two coffee packs for the coffee maker.

A good decent place to stay. The rooms are clean and have the convenience of a mini fridge, microwave and a coffee maker. I stayed in a double room with 2 beds and it was spacious and nicely updated. Staff on site is friendly and accommodating. Good place for a stopover!

Receptacle in the washroom had no cover plate. Electrical hazard. Being an electrician. No kleenex in the room. Had to use toilet paper to clean my glasses. Room not clean. Found a receipt 8 days old on the floor plus some dirt. No plastic glass for brushing your teeth. Holes in the wall.

Loud family near us - was hard to sleep. One of the towels and one of the pillows had stains on them. Soap provided was too small.

I didn't like how the floor wasn't clean. There wasn't a place in the washroom to hang your clothes. There was no chair at all. I also didn't like how the second room doesn't have any kind of air circulation. We literally had to buy a fan for the second room. The washroom was okay, but there were a lot of spiders on the ceiling. And there was no lock in the washroom door, so everyone was going to the washroom. He had to tell the others so no one opened the door while he was there. One more thing, when I made the reservation in the description, it says there's a sofa bed. But we had to ask for it, and they brought a very comfortable extra bed instead.

I liked the wooden floor, more hygienic than the carpet. I also liked how the staff was friendly. And the family suite was newly painted.

There were multiple holes in the walls which could have been looked past as the room just needing repair however the room was also not clean. There were towels with dirt and stains, long black hairs in the room and the coffee maker had old coffee grinds stuck inside. Our feet were covered in dirt, so the room appears to not have been mopped in some time, and we both got sick from the air conditioning, so unsure when the filter was last changed. The shower curtain is also too short for the stand up shower and using the shower floods the floor.

The staff were friendly and the check in process was quick and easy. We were able to park right by our room and the property was quiet at night. The Roku tv service was fun to explore and the shower head was really nice for morning showers.

Most of the furniture pieces were broken, wifi didn’t work, shower flooded onto the floor and bathroom door didn’t shut, staff was very quiet, balcony up to the rooms were a mess.

the beds were comfortable, good available parking and was fairly close to attractions, really good pricing.

the reception lady said our cards are not working and they show fraud or bad account. asked us to call bank 3 of us tried 4 different cards and she still said same thing, wasted time and didn’t provide resolution to us. instead we asked us if we can pay by debit, then she said yes you can pay by debit. why would you ask customer to call bank and waste time if you can provide 2nd option to pay via debit
