Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United Arab EmiratesMode of payment is very limited. Should have an option to pay by cash and debit card as in general all hotels in the world have these main mode of payment.
Airport shuttle is fine and on time except on our arrival, it got little bit delayed. Room was fine but would be great if you have a sofa bed in the room which can be offered to a different kind of traveller like us. As I travelled with 2 brothers booked with 2 queen bed so we dont have other option to let 1 person to sleep in the floor as we think not necessary to book for another 1 room for just a few hours stay. Further more, I would like to recommend as well to have an option to pay by cash or debit card as some people dont use credit card at all like me. Front desk should be vigilant and offered alternative solution rather than turning down the guest due to unable to pay credit card. Luckily I'm a hotelier which very familiar with the situation and ask if possible to process the payment thru credit card authorisation or epayment link process which eventually Front desk was enlighted with the same.

CanadaThe shuttle bus is irregular. It takes about 10-15 minutes one way. It is supposed to come within 40 minutes (assuming you have just missed one), but it took about twice the time. The people waiting for the bus with us saw the previous one and couldn't get on it as there was no place for them, so we knew the timing pretty well. Next time I'll shop for a slightly cheaper hotel without a shuttle and take the Uber instead or read the recent reviews more carefully.
The hotel was close enough to the airport and provided a free shuttle bus for almost 24 hours (the earliest was 4:20 - good enough to get to the 6:30 am flight), the least expensive option for one night with a free shuttle I could find for the date.

CanadaShuttle wait in the cold at the airport was long and when he did arrive no place to sit as seats were filled with luggage. Two people had to stand. In the morning the shuttle driver took me to the wrong terminal even after asking him three times if this was the right termininal for Lynx and he said yes get out. Not impressed that he di not know or care to phone or ask someone. Very inconvenient for a senior traveller.

CanadaThe shuttle was late in coming to the airport. It was over 20 minutes from the expected time. The bus was very full and people had to have suitcases in the aisles. It took 30 minutes to get to the hotel. Many back roads were taken. We ended up taking a taxi to the airport in the morning because we wanted to get there in good time for our flight. The taxi took less than 15 minutes. There were not many time choices available to get to the airport by the shuttle. The men at reception were not very friendly.
The beds were comfortable. The room was clean.

CanadaThe shuttle leaving at 5:40 am to airport was fully booked when we checked in at 8pm. We had to take an earlier shuttle at 5am which was inconvenient. Please put on an extra shuttle for peak times. Desk staff weren’t overly friendly at check in or check out like last time we stayed.
Property is clean but a bit tired. It’s a great place to stay on a layover.
