I had to pay 30 CAD when i requested an early check-in I paid 250 CAD deposit and it's not refunded to me yet (checked-out on the 21st of April and today we are the 15th of May 2024 )

The hotel location was very good in the city center,closed to everything,shopping malls ,touristic attractions ,shops,etc... The kitchen made our life easy as we could cook our meals. Laundry was free ,and you can borrow kitchen appliances from the reception at a deposit fee of 50 CAD,

I’m struggling to find something. The furniture was a little old-fashioned. But so am I.

This is an exceptional place to stay: not posh, not expensive, but functional and cleverly designed. For half the price of an expensive hotel , you have twice the space, well maintained, clean, with a kitchen, laundry facilities, and 24 hour friendly reception staff. It’s as if someone sat down and thought, « What should I provide if I was going to run a successful mid-price set of apartments? » and they really cared that they got it right. We arrived, our studio was clean, with reasonable cooking equipment, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, large clean room, air con, wifi (that works!) bathroom. Ok, the furniture looks a little old-fashioned, but everything works. The free laundry was a great touch. Well done to the owner and staff. Great place. Thanks.

It was a nice small hotel with friendly and efficient staff - and appropriate facilities for a business stay of one week. Snacks could be purchased, the laundry room was free of charge, and the small gym. The kitchen corner was well equipped. The neighbourhood is gentrifying, but the location was perfect for walking across the different parts of downtown Montreal.

I didn’t like the weird smell in the hallway outside of our room or the fact the some outlets in the room did not work

I liked how quiet the hotel was, that it had a fitness centre and laundry room and everything needed for kitchen use.

Location was a little further East of Quartier des Spectacles than I expected, but that was only an issue if one is walking to events. Otherwise, the room, stay and full kitchen was more than I expected.

Some furnitures are ripped and outdated. Occasional weed smell on the floor. No cleaning service. There may have been construction going on around our stay, woke up to drilling noise at 7-8 am.

Fairly clean, spacious room and you have everything you need. Kitchen with microwave, utensils, pots etc. Location is good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There is a lot of weird people on the streets at night (but it’s like everywhere in Montreal). We saw a car with a broken window on the street parking near hotel, so it’s probably better to park in the hotel parking lot. The towels were too thin and old, and are begging for the replacement. Bathroom cleaning might be done better, there was some hair on the floor which didn’t belong to us.

It was above my expectations. After reading all the reviews I was expecting something old, dark and dusty, but it was neither of those. The room on 11th floor was bright, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Location is 13 minutes walk from Notre-Dame and central streets. In overall you get what you pay for.

The TV remote did not work. It was hard to discover how to open the front door from outside (you have to open the one on the right). The room was not cleaned even once for my whole 7 day stay. They supposedly clean only once a week.

Very large room, with kitchen, and clean. It had a nice view of the city. Located close to the heart of Montreal. Fairly quiet. Great value for your money.

The sofa bed needs a change over. The mattress was old and had holes. Not too comfortable as well. More concentration on cleaning would be appreciated.

It is located on the main road. 8 minutes from the Saint Laurent metro. Walking distance from old town. All men at the reception are friendly and helpful. Our room had nice city views.

Apart from being clean and spacious, It was close and accessible to a lot of restaurants, bars, mall and must-visit landmarks. After a day of activities and walking, it was always a treat coming back to a relaxing room.

The carpet is so dark and look dirty though it is new i guess, the light in the living room is only a lamp shade which is not enough in the room it is dark, it should be good if they will add more light in that room. The AC control is only that in the living room not in the bedroom. The hair dryer has no hot mode only cold.

The room is spacious, clean newly painted and good thing is we are upgraded to a suite when we arrived. I like their bed it is so soft comfy and their pillows are so soft, overall my rating is 10.
