Room was cold when we arrived. Not a big deal but just had to wait a little for it to warm up.

Room was more spacious than I expected. And the location was just a few blocks from Cliffton hill which was really handy.

There were some things that appeared as if it wasn’t properly cleaned like a cup under the couch and pee on the toilet.

I liked that they upgraded our rooms. I just wish that I still had the option to keep the room we had booked. When we asked for the room we had booked they said it was gone. Main reason is because I like having the two bathrooms. The lovely front desk staff ended up finding us and upgraded room with two bathrooms after giving us an upgrade with one.

walls are quite thin

Great location, staff were fantastic. We were placed next to a room where occupants seemed to be having a celebration and were quite loud. Staff relocated us quickly and with an apology. Great customer service! Rooms were very clean with lots of space and anything you could need, including fully functional Smart TVs

Being a renovated warehouse sound tends to travel a little bit, also some smells from adjacent suites lingered in the air. Nothing to critical! Highly recommended! Well worth the stay!

Only strange thing is that this hotel is in a very empty part of town though it’s very close to the attractions in Niagara Falls.

there wasn’t a pool ! other than that everything was awesome. Also think there should be a member point system for people who would want to stay multiple times !

I felt the beds were overdone; a simpler setup with pillows of varying firmness would be preferable. The current pillows were too soft for comfortable neck support. The TV offered DAZN, featuring mainly British soccer, but lacked TSN and Sportsnet channels. Additionally, the HDMI port on the big screen TV was inaccessible, and I couldn't connect wirelessly via AirPlay or Google Home. Also, the parking fee was an unexpected addition. Moreover, the rooms could benefit from more sound deadening to minimize noise from neighbouring rooms.

Outstanding ambiance and spaciousness for the price, with a fully stocked kitchen and Netflix baked into the TV.

Great location. We had an issue with our suite. The pillow cases on the bed had hair strands on it. Almost looked like they had forgotten to change the bed linens. I spoke with front desk and they had our room upgraded to a bigger and better suite within minutes for free. The staff was very helpful.

Bright, spacious, modern and close to Clifton hills. Basic amenities of home were a good selection. Loved the choice of kitchen appliances. Front desk concierge were warm, friendly and accommodating.

Perfect location. It is walking distance to a lot of places and activities. The hotel is also very modern, chic and comfortable with great in-room amenities.

It’s designed more business friendly but seasonal . Families stay and there are no facilities for children . They get bored and lots of noise during the day making it very difficult to work or rest

It’s more self catering Apartment Hotel . So almost like being home without the usual Hotel procedure.

Everything!

We had a excellent 2 night stay. There were 7 of us. We all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms, a nice amount of privacy. The kitchen was well equipped, and the two living rooms were cozy. Location was great for walking to Clifton hill. We would highly recommend and stay again.

The shower glass door wouldnt fully close so washroom floor gets wet.

Very very minor item (my rating is still 5/5++ stars, maybe they can improve on) - TVs all have the same TV connection name. wanted to mirror our phones but would be impossible to link... (we did not go here for that :D )

We got an upgrade from like a studio to a 2 bedroom/1bdrm + den room. The interiors on the loft was beautiful, modern interiors which make you feel it was your dream home. lol :D . Location i have to say was not too bad, somewhat near to the core entertainment place and really near the church. It had lots of parking. Would bring my entire family for vacation next time.
