How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Breakfast would be appreciated. Room was dark and not a lot of lights.
Location, jacuzzi, staff very nice and helpful, the fact that bathrobes were available.

Rooms are dark and dated. No food service/ coffee shop in hotel/ no phones in rooms.
Nice location with tranquil surroundings Like the way rooms have a with private hallway/entry. Beds are extremely comfortable.

The lighting in the rooms was poor; the hot tub temperature was too hot but it was still fantastic! I would love to experience this place during the fall or even summer.
The location was perfect. The free shuttle to and from Tremblant ski hill was so handy although they could add another vehicle or get a larger transit. The hotel staff were excellent at reception.

Sheets/ bedding not the best- would have liked a room where the was near windows- different than the picture

Although the room was very comfortable, it was dusty behind the tv. We noticed this when we turned the tv out on an angle. Perhaps a little more cleaning effort or a deep clean on occasion could help.
The Murphy bed was great for our daughter. After a day of skiing it was nice to enjoy the hot tub and pool. we warmed up our own dinner and relaxed in the comfortable unit.

Hope the restaurant would reopen soon and carry out more maintenance to restore to its best potential. Also it’s right next to a lake but there’s no lake access. I’d love to come back in the summer for lake/water activities. Hotel is not pet friendly.
Practical and good value for a family of 4 incl. 2 teenagers. It’s clean and confortable beds. We enjoyed the outdoor tub and lounge areas. Close to Mont Tremblant skiing. We have come to this hotel over the years every time we came skiing at Mont-tremblant. Last trip was during Covid and it was sad to see the place losing the charm from the early days due to the shut down, restrictions and short of staff. In this trip I’m glad to see things are getting back to normalcy slowly, room is cleaner, bar is opening in the weekend….

Bedroom was very warm, especially with doors closed - a ceiling fan would be nice since there's no option to open windows. Hot tub was very crowded.
Really liked the Murphy Bed option for the kids (rather than the pull out couch). Having a kitchenette & separate bedroom was nice.

The cleaness and the temperature of the internal pool , the guest service was not veru experienced and too many persons for this timeof the year. I could not ind parking spot in one of the night.

Nothing - everything was great.
The young woman on reception was lovelyand full of information. Our two bedroom suite was fantastic. Very spacious and having two bathrooms was great as we are holidaying with our college aged son. Having a couch to relax on at the end of the day was great, and we particularly liked the gas fireplace which we could control in room. We did not use any of the facilities (pool, games room, gym etc) but they looked well patronised by other guests. This hotel does seem to tend towards families presumably coming for the skiing experience so any travellers planning romantic getaways would be subject to the level of families and accompanying noise. Location was great proximity for Mont Tremblant village or Mont Tremblant ski resort/village and although we didn't take advantage of it, the shuttle offered was a great bonus.

The front desk indicated they would send an email that we checked out a day early due to extreme weather conditions wouldn’t allow us to potentially drive home Thursday safely . I thought possibly they would give us a coupon for another visit . Front desk did not print anything out when we departed either which was odd to me . When I use Expedia the hotel always prints receipt .

One bedroom fits 6. We were 1 adult and 3 kids and it was extremely tight…. So not sure how 6 adults can fit comfortably. Also there was no restaurant or food service at the hotel, and no restaurants w in walking distance.
The shuttle service was great so you didn’t have to drive to mountain and it ran frequently enough that I didn’t have to wait more than 10 mins.

There was no coffee in the lobby. There is an extra charge for the use of the pool table and other games.

The hot water runs out after some time. We were 6 in a room and the last one didn't had much hot water
The shuttle service is excellent. The location is very close to the ski resort. The jacuzzi is amazing and the rooms are very big and have everything you need (cooking appliances, more than enough beds)! The staff was very helpful in solving any doubts or problems that came along.

WiFi was slow
Hotel was great! It met all expectations. The shuttle was on time and easy to use and I liked that they had a locked up ski storage area. WiFi was slow is the only downfall.
