Unfortunately our heater didn’t work but the staff was helpful in rectifying the problem. We were told we would get a discount for our inconvenience.

The room was a nice size, modern bathroom. Lots of seating in the room, good fridge. I thought it was a nice touch to have the cosmetics mirror in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok

The pool was SO COLD. It was a couple degrees warmer than a Saskatchewan lake in August.

Having to pay over $200 for the conference room was disappointing as our family had 2 rooms booked.

Breakfast and location were great. We liked using the conference room and the children enjoyed the pool.

The breakfast was just ok. Good coffee. But not alot of hot selection of food items . But it is something to eat There was a very Rude lady working at the desk when we checked out. , told me to take my payment issue up with someone else …. Uncalled for ..

There's only one thing, I had a back injury while there. I was going down the waterslide with my youngest son to of course get him used to the waterslide. It was are second time going down and there was 3 others using the slide as well . We were at the bottom and were about to stand up and 2 girls smashed into us. Of course the parents were not watching them. They were present but not supervising the girls. I had severe back pain for 3 days after , today I'm fine but this has to be addressed to the parents to have constant supervision cause if that was a child they hit into, it wouldn't have been a good situation. Other than that the stay was awesome.

Breakfast was very good alot of choices and very welcoming, enough places to sit and eat.

The pool water was chilly

The Staff were Great! Also very helpful. The location was ideally placed on our entry into the city of Regina from hwy#11. Loved the modern amenities especially the pool with water slide . The Continental Breakfast was Awesome too. It appealed to our family very much as we came for the Labour Day Classic CFL football game wi h the Saskatchewan Roughriders & Winnipeg Blue Bombers

The breakfast seemed to be lacking , only sausage rounds and hot boiled eggs…? Never had hot boiled eggs at a hotel before. …. So found that very weird. There was also no other hot options besides waffles,

We did report two lights out in our room to the housecleaning staff and she made note of it and said she would report it right away, which I am sure she did. However, that was not corrected while we were there. It was an issue that did not personally affect us; however, it needs to be fixed for future guests. Room 323 had one bathroom light burned out; one of the mini reading light by one of the beds was also burned out.

Breakfast was appreciated and quite acceptable. Enjoyed having the easy location for getting to it, and from it for what we were doing and easy to depart from. Enjoyed having easy parking, the hot tub and friendly staff.

My room was on the first floor facing the parking lot. Noisy and bright headlights. Had to keep the curtains closed tight for privacy. My room door was opposite the pool door and bathrooms so lots of extra disturbances. Difficult to fall asleep!

Modern, clean, friendly! The front desk employee offered to discount my stay due to the poor placement of my room (noise), but could not due to the reservation being through 3rd party (Booking.com). Nice thought though!
