The bathroom vanity faucet handle was really loose and then it fell off before we left. There was a Lotta dirt on the top edge of the tile baseboard in the bathroom. and needs a little bit of TLC has the chips in the finish of the bathtub and the paint not applied properly hence peeling on my bathroom door.

Pictures are not worth a thousand words, in fact the expectations were not met from well taken photos, and much better written words. The continental breakfast makes A gas station breakfast sandwich just as appealing as they sit cold in a fridge behind the front desk given out like a hotel guest can't be trusted. A scattered sense of trying with a tiny yogurt, a loaf of bread, and a dried crescent as a choice. Coffee runs out and no one really has much to fill, as there's nothing cooked, and only great for the homeless in retrospect for the cost of a room per evening. The nicest part about the hotel other than hiding in the second room, was the Sharks Club for God bar food. This is not a place I call a vacation destination in the city, and at best a business stay location for an evening or two... The kindness of the manager and staff was the reason for not cancelling over the less delivered words written and what was seen...

The staff at the front desk were kind and did accommodate us to a better room after discussing the room we were in that was an older room and not renovated yet. The room we were moved to was much better, without an old musty scent.

Don’t like the trend hotels have adopted since covid regarding housekeeping only coming every 3rd day. Coffee/supplies and towels should at the least be replenished each day and trash removed.

very poorly maintained. Breakfast is far below standard even if it is a budget hotel. options are super limited, unhealthy and can rather be left out as one have an expectation of finding something decent to eat.

Breakfasts were weak and not great, not like they used to be. For us a good breakfast provision is a must, to start the day off right. Front entrance and lobby terrible. Needs updating. Parking lot needed more winter care. We have been going there for years but will likely look at other possibilities next time.

Rooms were good, clean, and comfortable. Absolutely no issues about the room. Front desk very helpful and pleasant. Good location for our needs.
