We tried The Buffet (Asian night) and were a little taken surprised. The room was quite small and there difficultly finding seating. The tables were very basic. It was awkward to have the food line near the cashier checkpoint. The space for the food was small and very crowded. The buffet food trays were often empty and very messy with spillage. The initial presentation of the restaurant was of excellent food and relaxed dining but it was opposite in an actual rushed cafeteria atmosphere. The staff were not attentive to the display of food and seemed to be carrying stacks of dirty plates to keep up with new people searching for tables and attending the cash line up. People in walkers and wheelchairs had extreme difficulties moving around the space and their distress caused some discomfort in the other patrons as they tried to shift tables etc.. We also noticed that some people were bringing their own condiments and slices of lemons from home to add to the meal there. We were disappointed in the taste and quality of the food there. I don’t think we would ever go back there again and would not recommend it. We enjoyed the hotel very much but not The Buffet.

The casino was fun and clean and lively. The entrance ID a scanning (casino) was new to Us but a great idea. The pool and hot tub was perfect and lots of access to Large towels. The hotel Was VERY clean and welcoming.

We arrived quite late around 10.30 pm and were greeted very warmly by the member of staff. He was very helpful and gave us a few very helpful tips for our onward journey. The breakfast was very nice with a small but very good choice. Again the member of staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful once again.

It was a high price for the return. I paid about $500 for the room (about half a months rent) it was a last minute booking as my plans quickly changed, but ouch. Not other goodies to sweeten the deal, like a breakfast or something else added. It was just a room.

For the sensitive guests like me, I didn’t enjoy the perfume that is pumped into the public spaces. I smelled it in the lobby, elevators and hallways and it was a high pitched floral scent. This was the only reason I didn’t rate the hotel a 10 since I would have preferred scent-free.

The hotel is absolutely stunning, spacious and clean. I also appreciated the restaurant choices and lots of free parking at the hotel. The location also makes it easy to visit different parts of the Lower Mainland. The beds were comfortable and the washroom was pure serenity.

There was nothing around in walking distance

Covered free parking, very spacious room, on site restaurants and very modern bathroom with a night light. Not to mention well equipped gym, we were not too sure about the location, but facility was very nice. We were going to drive out for dinner but ended up eating at the buffet restaurant on site, which had a long line up to get in =very popular. We avoided the rush and went in later. We would stay there again. Was nice we didn't have to go out and be able to relax.
