Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe service and staff at the bar and restaurant in the hotel were awful. Kept pushing us to finish our drinks and meal quite aggressively, and at the end, when we declined to tip. The restaurant manager got quite nasty. The hotel is OK but I wouldn't recommend the restaurant with in.
The hotel and reception staff very good and helpful. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Close to all amenities.

CanadaWas a little disappointed that there was no breakfast options included with the $300 a night fee but overall we enjoyed our night.
We loved the outdoor pool and the view of downtown from our 5th floor room. The fridge was a little tight for the space it was stored in so really had to push the door closed or it popped open. The staff really made her feel special with the extra treats the desk man paid for a d wishing her a happy birthday each time we passed the lobby.

CanadaThe size of, or lack there of, the bathroom was ridiculously small. I had to stradle the toilet just to close the door. The under sink shelf area was a good size however I needed to sit on the toilet to access the left hand side of it. While clearly recently updated, the glass shower doors had a 1/2 inch gap which meant water covered the floor after every shower which was dangerous. There was a small round table in the middle of the room with no chair so would have been of no use had the front desk not provided me one when requested. Being there for 11 nights these were all frustrating.
The location to walk to the SandmanCentre for Mem Cup and restaurants was excellent. The breakfasts were excellent. The comfort of the bed was excellent. The size of the desk and dresser were both large and of great use. Being there for 11 nights, I appreciated that.

CanadaI think since the hotel is going through a renovation project at this time. It would be wise and highly recommended to upgrade & improve in each room, the coffee ☕️bar & makers. They are worn out & the coffee was less than satisfying because of it.
We chose the Hilton DoubleTree for its location & price point for our 1 night need. The beds & pillows were super cozy. The new ownership restaurant food was very delicious 😋

CanadaBathroom was tight for a multi purpose room and recommend moving mirror outside bathroom where there is a plug in and more light. Having a sink in kitchen area would help a lot for a suite type room.

Canadathe hotel room as well as property within and surrounding was very unclean. it’s evident there isn’t much upkeep put into the hotel especially on the second floor there are stains all over the carpet. our room appeared clean however the carpet was filthy and the room was tiny: there was about a 3-4 inch gap under the front door which made it less than private
I liked that they allowed pets at the property however it is definitely not a pet friendly area. I liked the restaurant in the hotel it was great food with fantastic prices
