The room was not clean properly , no vacuum and no dusting. The breakfast is good, but needs more staff to work there. Bread, eggs and pancakes was almost fine and only one staff working there. The hotel was busy.

Not very sound proof, was woken up multiple times between 11pm and 1am. I suppose if you get lucky to have considerate guests in the hotel that wouldn’t be much of a problem.

I felt my room and parts of the hotel smelt like smoke.

I rented a suite as it had a separate bedroom. I was able to put my toddler to bed at his bed time and not disrupt him. The jacuzzi tub/kitchenette was an added bonus!

Pool cold and super crowded, bathroom light and fan were on same switch ,made it hard to keep light on at night to see bathroom because it was so loud.

Very slow-running drain in our room’s bathroom sink (which is surprising since the cleaning staff couldn’t help but notice that every time they cleaned the sink); placement of the elevator is weirdly biased toward one end of the elongated building, rather than immediately off the lobby.

Reasonable quality at a reasonable price; good restaurant options nearby; hot complimentary breakfast; liquor stores nearby.

The room spacing, the reading table was too close to the bed leaving small space for movement

That booking.com made things extremely difficult!! Didn't get an itinerary number, so the lady on the phone couldn't see the details of my account. They gave surestay best western the wrong MasterCard # Making Check in difficult. When I called to ask if my reservation was valid I was told there is no booking for me, at surestay through booking com, so I rebooked to find out afterwards I Infact had a reservation and now I have two. Very thankful booking.com refunded the 2nd booking but the overall process to get this sorted was hours. AND because surestay was given the wrong mastercard # we had to pay again. So overall in the short period of time we paid three times. Thankfully the manager at surestay was fantastic and sorted it out that next morning and again refunded. Overall we had to pay three times because of this confusion. Again thankful to have been charged only once after the whole ordeal. Definitely made me never again want to book through a third party

Bigger breakfast room , with 3 beds in room the room was very full. It worked the space

There is not enough room for breakfast occupancy when hotel is full.

Good location, close to all amenities and attractions. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the surroundings and gave us some great tips. Breakfast was good , unfortunately not enough space for all to sit at around 9:00 so we went back around 45 min later and still full. We still had a good breakfast. Wouldn't recommend the room beside the laundry as there were some loud noises throughout the night. Parking was a bit scarce, and as we came back late, we had to park on the other side of the hotel. The water dispenser was also empty. Just a suggestion, but a toilet bowl brush would be an asset. All in all everything was very good. We would book again.

The burning chlorine smell in the pool. My eyes were burning I had to leave the pool.
