AC and no mini fridge in room

AC was not cool enough and no way to control it within my room . No mini fridge in room . Parking my car could cost $45 way too much

Unfortunately, the breakfast was very poor, we stayed for three days, on the first day was croissant, rest two days only break, bagel and three different cereals. Needs improvement by adding more options for eating. Room found dark and internet access was changed withoout announcement. Thank you

Took ages to check in, constant Que & I was waiting approx 30mins in a Que to check in. TV wasnt working for ages, wouldn’t accept the access code. Tried to ring reception but phone wasn’t working in room. As for breakfast in a 4 star hotel, a complete disappointment using disposable plates/cups and breakfast offering was very poor. Breakfast staff uniforms looked like they never seen an iron, very unprofessional appearance.

There were huge lines to get through to the receptionist. The phones in the rooms were not working, so there was no way to call the reception. There was no drinking water provided. There was no free parking for guests.

The common areas were a little dirty and the staff seemed over extended and cranky. Which lead to miscommunication and frustration.

The shower tag is misleading. Blue for hot while red for cold...Besides, No slippers or hairdryer.

Room is dark and a bit old, the entrance to the restaurant is full off old broken appliances, but the worst part is that you have to wait for 20-40 minutes to eat as both times when we came for breakfast everything was empty and we had to wait to get each item one by one. The second day we left with no breakfast after waiting for 20+ minutes and only bread arrived

Beautiful foyer and we got checked in by a very pleasant girl at the reception. Washroom is very nice as well

I think they can do better on this property to improve and restore better. Unfortunately the room felt so old, dark and dirty, Furniture are old and the dresser chair is broken. the light for clothing is really dark you cant barely see the area. The sofa bed and the carpet has smell. and the lightings for me is too dark there is no option to increase the brightness. The second lock was broken, and the request to transfer to a newer room was not considered. As a tourist, I would prefer to have assistance on transportation, tourist spots and a more welcoming approach from the reception.

The lack of attention. The staff was just there to work their hours and no care was given to the quality of service they provided. The lobby was dusty, dark and unwelcoming and when we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist did not even lift his head. We encountered 3 receptionists during our stay, none was attentive nor helpful. Upon arrival, though we arrived very early and knew that we could not check in yet, the guy at the desk did not ask for our names and did not offer luggage storage until we asked. We decided to walk around to look for brunch and upon our return at 3PM, we were met by another receptionist that informed us that our room was not ready. It was as if I just arrived that very moment as the previous receptionist did not make any notes for our booking. The room size was good but needed refurbishment but I was thankful to find a mattress protector as the mattress was old. There was no fridge which I believe is a standard even for a 3 star hotel, the curtains needed a good wash and the bathroom towels were not the best condition anymore. I talked to the 2nd receptionist the next morning regarding the loose shower head before we left for a whole day of exploring the city. When we arrived back to our room, the shower has not been looked at and I came down to complain to the desk. I finally had it when we decided to order Ubereats for a late dinner delivery and we asked the desk for cutlery and she simply shrugged her shoulders and said "we don't have any more". I asked if she would have at least some forks and she flat out said "No". I even joked and asked if not even one fork was available. We ate our food with make shift shovels from the paper cups as she could not be bothered to go down to get some cutlery from the breakfast hall. We changed rooms after I insisted that the broken shower was unbearable for another two nights stay.

The location was great for a short stay. It was near the bus terminal and metro station.

Everything (except Valentina as I will describe) The night shift guy with his long face bad attitude like he is doing you a favor to check you in. Not even writing clearly the wifi password and rude when someone ask about it. The parking lote full of rats, and in bad need of improvements. Please do you self a favor and don't give the benefit of the doubt. Even if you spent a few more bucks it will be worth the dime!

What did I like? Valentina, the receptionist is the best of what maybe once was a good hotel. Nowadays management bad attitude, old equipment (Dollys), beds, hotel not having parking included and not letting people know in advance the high cost they charge for that service. Honestly, I would rather they take them out of the booking catalog. And I hope Valentina gets a better job, she deserves better. Nice lady she is.

I changed my arrival date due to flight booking change and the hotel declined despite being two days before arrival. The staff was not willing to listen to me and I had no choice but to pay an extra night. Too greedy for money.

The only reason of booking the Empire suite was the location and we paid 420 dollars for one room/2 nights. we end up facing issue like no hot water in shower, bed sizes are too small, check-in at 4:00pm and Check out at 11:00 am (first time in life I have heard this) and charging slot weren't working. I would say it's not worth the price we end up paying for weekdays stay. NOT RECOMMENDED

it's in the core of downtown and everything is convenient for the location.

Air conditioning unit had mold in the vent. Cupboard doors were very load, requires soft close or padding. Foyer smelled a little bit due to folks having to sleep there to wait for check in. Cost of breakfast was not competitive ($25 a day) when the hostel next door provides for free.

Great location. Elevator was fast.
