I reserved a lake view, however it faced mostly towards adjacent building, partially blocking view. I wasn't happy about it. As a returning guest for several years in a row, I deserved(?) a prettier room. I felt underappreciated.

The location near the slopes the frozen huge lake was just fantastic.

The mattress of the sofa bed is really thin and could be more confortable. We were missing pillows when we arrive, but we got them really fast.

The room is spacious and well equiped. There is plenty of storage space. I highly recommend the view of the lake. The staff is really nice.

there is no way to walk around an event if one wants to use a spa. I would not want to walk by well dressed people in a robe.

We got a free upgrade so that was great and was comparable to prices if we got an airbnb in the area. I stayed here first winter it was open and now some furniture has noticeable signs of wear. Hopefully it is maintained well so the hotel can stay feeling modern.

It's pet friendly only for dogs. So I couldn't bring my cat with me for Christmas.

The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The view is great. A lot of activities on site. Food was great.

A double charge at check out for the stay as they thought I had not paid and the hotel wasn’t able to understand when I was explaining. Eventually it got resolved but I had to waste almost 30 mins having the awkward conversation

Unreal views. Great Restaurant. Paddle boards and bikes for guests to use. Simply one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. Ended up extending my visit to the area for a few days because of this place.

They indicated there was only one entrance, which is really inconvenient and with parking either across the street or down a hill even for handicapped parking it was challenging for my boyfriend who uses a leg brace and cane. The kids room, hot tub and gym were hard to find, and a very long walk after basically walking through the restaurant.

The room was nice and the staff very friendly. Accommodating my lack of French by speaking English to me.

Housekeeping, although scheduled, was missed on one of the days.

Simply gorgeous! The view from our Penthouse room was spectacular. We visited during the American Thanksgiving holiday and stayed for 3 nights. The room was beautiful and very clean. If you are a family, highly recommend the Penthouse suites. We used the Nordic jacuzzi, the gym and the pool table each evening. Dined at the Lilot restaurant one night - the food and service were superb! Breakfast was included with the room with delicious a la carte options and breakfast buffet on the weekends. The resort was beautifully decorated for Christmas, and located in town of LacBeauport which is so pretty! Very close Quebec City.

The kind bed mattress in room 241 A was a little too used/hollow

All the activities and facilities/amenities incl jacuzzi, kids play room, pool table etc The staff started a bonfire outside for us to grill marshmallows -> really a great time

everything was perfect.

The hotel room was super spacious and super clean, the facilities were all there and the view was breath taking and out of this world. the balcony had an amazing view fo the Lake were we sat for hours enjoying the scenary. the hotel had nice facilities and the restaurants were nice. The Staff were very friendly and supportive, with always smiling and ensuring you were fine and well.
