Our kids loved the pool area that was very well-maintained! The front desk staff were very accommodating and allowed us to do an early check-in since our ferry arrived in the morning. They made sure to find us a room that was open and available. The pool desk guy was super pleasant and even gave our kids some pool toys and plastic dinosaurs to play with while they were swimming.

Parking was limited

Location- near to every tourist attraction and the beach. Room- room size was good, toilet was neat and adequate size. Toiletries were provided. View- we got a room with a rear view, so not so great.

Would have loved a hot tub but not functioning.

Pool closeness to downtown would have liked an ocean view room please accommodate this the next visit. Like that in the pool you have two lanes designated for swimmers children are in a separate area. Well done!

No pool or spa... under renovation. Weather was great in victoria regardless! I only had free time to use pool a small amount of time during my 2 week.stay.

The restaurant was stunning and elegant. The staff from the front to the kitchen were always operating on the highest level of efficiency. I had 8 seperate experiences at the restaurant, therefore I must have interacted with (I believe) the majority of them. Both classy and cordial, the many different servers all displayed a refreshingly elevated level of pride in the menu! An astutely coordinated team!!! There is much more. Excellent bartenders with a fantastic knowledge of pairings regarding individual palates and top quality spirits. Kevin made my evening. A great conversationalist with a solid demeanor and fun insights. Room service was also great. Very prompt and thorough service. Each time, I enjoyed nothing short of professional delivery and placement of the perfectly prepared order in my room. Thank you all... kitchen, bar, and serving staff! My room was also very agreeable. A 1 bedroom suite. Great view of the inner harbor and the massive heritage buildings on Government st. Warf st. And Bellville st. The 7th floor floor view was stunning at night and in the day mesmerizing with architectural detail. King bed in the bedroom. Great living room space. Very private and enjoyable room with wich I have ZERO complaints of any sort!!

Overall, everything was great.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by staff members that were friendly and helpful. The hotel offers self-parking in an underground parkade that is clean and bright. Our very clean city view suite offered a bonus partial view of the inner harbour from two balconies! Great location in the very walkable downtown core.

Pool was being renovated, so not available to us during our stay. They gave us a pool pass at a community center but you need a car to get to it and parking is limited. Also, the community pool has rules so kids below 10 must have an adult in the water with them. That put us out because only my 14 and 9 y/o had swim attire. The strict pool rules aren't the hotel's fault, but hopefully this info helps others.
