Noone told us where any of the facilities were had to wonder around and find them. Also the bathrooms feel unclean due to the amount of people staying there. For the price and what's available it's OK if your on a budget

Female dorm was great. I got an open room to myself with only one bunk bed that was empty. Upon arrival there was sand or dirt all over the floor. But other than that everything was fantastic! Thank yall

Maintaining a Hostel with so many guests coming and going is Not an easy job at all. That said, I think that especially kitchen conditions could be improved on, specifically in terms of cleaning and equipment. Totally fine for single travelers and a great, budget friendly stay all in all. Kitchen and common room conditions can be improved.

Location is truly hard to beat, super close to gorgeous Jericho beach with a lovely View of downtown Vancouver. Great and safe neighborhood with bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. Great bus connections to both Uni of BC Campus and downtown. Staff where friendly and helpful.

Great location! I booked at short notice and there was no delays. Close to Jericho beach which was great to stroll there. Shops and groceries were not that far away as Kitsilano is close. Bed was comfortable and showers were good. I would definitely stay again.

Not attentive service at front desk. Dorm rooms were difficult in terms of lighting...the entire room with all the bunks were either all lit up or all in the dark. Women's washroom had two or three toilets not operational. Food service not available eevery day. When food service was available, did not open until 9:30 am which made it useless for getting breakfast.

Online registration went well. Location was excellent. Dorm room was quiet.

Pretty good place for шеы money. I really liked the location near the beach. You can park for free from 10pm to 11am, outside of that time you have to pay the city parking fee. There are several places near the hotel where you can park around the clock. It was pretty clean.

No own light and only two outlet in 4-bed femal. Some showers have the shower head on 1.60m, war is to deep for me. A lot of toilets were out of order. The smell from the kitchen was very strong up to the reception.

it wasnt the cleanest, just a lot of dust/grime in corners and it didnt smell too great except in the women's dorm and shower room. most outlets i found were broken. beds were creaky, and as a restless sleeper i feel like i kept some people up

i appreciated the option for all women dorm, it was a good environment, the staff were very nice, the kitchen area was cool (as a first time traveler)

Beds were uncomfortable, large 12-person dormitories desperately need to be divided into smaller rooms as the light switch and noise can wake everyone up, no privacy curtains on beds, lockers were filthy, washrooms were not well cleaned, there were older men sleeping on benches in the common areas, a camper that looked like it was out of a horror movie was camped out in front of the entrance, no street lights after dark from bus stop

Some staff were great to interact with, kitchen had a decent amount of space, lots of sinks in the washrooms, not far from a good bus route to UBC/Downtown, minutes walk from Jericho Beach

The kitchen was kind of to be improved in terms of cleanness. The area was big, but the full of odor of the sink. Ventilations seemed not working because the entire building was full of cooking smoke during dinner time. Wash room was OK, as we got mentally prepared by reading comments before going.

Room was comfortable for the family of three. Front desk was kind and informative as always. Location is unbeatable to the university and town.

It might be possible to have a better booking system so that you can space people out a little bit more in the dormitory areas when the room isn't fully booked but otherwise I have no complaints.

I enjoyed how easily I could get to public transit, the cleanliness of the rooms, the professionalism of the staff and the overall vibe was nice!
