The elevators had not been cleaned in a while.

I liked the pool. After a long drive swimming always feels good. The complementary breakfast was decent. We didn't try this, but they have a pancake machine!

The door to the room had to try several times before door finally opened using the cards that I was given. The vent by the window went on one night felt coolish tried to figure out how to turn it off the door at the bottom of this vent couldn't close it or when I closed it it came open again. I adjusted the thermostat that solved the cool air blowing in room. As well being next to Highway 401 took longest time to sleep if I did listening to traffic late at night trying to sleep should have had earplugs.

The breakfast was very good although there could have been more fiber options for this meal. The room a lot of space although it was meant for more than one person than myself. The staff at front desk were good and courteous. The room excellent in overall cleanliness

I was not pleased that if I used my CAA discount the price of the room would be higher. I thought the price was over priced to start with. We had problems checking in and when we finally got to our room, someone else was already in there. It took quite some time to get things straightened out and get a room.

The location was good and the breakfast was fine. The beds were comfy.

the curtains did not close and if you where in the bed b y the window the light from the front entrance way shone in your room.

Breakfast was great. Maybe have a ice machine on each floor. our fridge did not seem that cold.

The pictures on the both the Holiday Inn and Booking website showed 2 queen beds and a pullout couch under the selection 2 queens beds standard room which was a misleading advertisement I ended up booking a room with only 2 queen beds… which was not adequate for our family. The bathroom door was extremely crooked and would not close properly which made it very inconvenient using the bathroom with a 19 years old and16 year old teenager and apparently nothing could be done to fix the problem.

The breakfast staff and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. The checkin clerk was friendly but was not able to address any of our issues at check in and later in the evening. And although the error was misleading pictures on both holiday Inn & booking website she made seem like the “error” in booking was my fault.

Good stopper spot. Excellent morning breakfast. Several restaurants nearby. The only thing is that it is right beside the highway, so if road noise bothers you, this could be an issue.

The only thing wrong was the work being done outside of the main doors made me feel a little guilty for using them, but the work had to be done and I got over the guilt. The men doing the work were very polite and helpful.

I woke a bit too late for breakfast, but the breakfast room was large enough to fit in a large number of guests and was very clean as was the rest of the hotel. Would definitely stay there again!

The pool needed to be cleaned. Garbage left behind and lots of hair in the pool. Rip in the blinds in the room.

The rooms were a bit dated but very comfortable. Elevators made disturbing noises and did not inspire a lot of confidence.

The location and proximity to restaurants and the highway make it a great place to stay for the night.

There was some strong food smells in the corridors coming from adjacent rooms during the late night.

The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Washroom looked updated.
