There were no towels at the pool. The front desk was told at least three times, but no towels ever showed up.

It was nice and comfortable. We were happy with our room and enjoyed the breakfast in their restaurant.

Some construction work - so only one elevator. No laundry…generally the rooms and all seems older. So renovations make sense. But in general service was good…

Bathtub had someone else hair and the bed skirts were extremely dirty, muddy and stained. The bedside lamp was not working . A deposit of $500 was extreme. The pool and hot tub water looked extremely dirty.

Our child got to eat for free if the parents paid. The staff was super friendly. The bar hostess and breakfast ladies were exceptional. The little shampoos and soaps were adequate and a great brand. The food was 5 star.

Very dated. Hallway carpets loose and dated/worn. Decor in the room worn/dated. No microwave in the room. Restaurant care was meh. No usb ports for charging.

Construction all over. Window in room broken and duct taped. One elevator out the whole stay and the other out when checked in. Lost power Sunday night at midnight. I question whether they called anybody to come fix it because it miraculously started to work at 0715. Right after day shift got there. That is unacceptable. And the staff while ok they got a little pissy when we asked what the status was. Will not stay at this holiday inn again.

The bathroom was very dirty. The toilet seat was dirty and the tub spout leaked all the time.

The Staff were very nice and helpful, the restaurant was nice. Good prices on food and the food was Good!

The headboard was worn and looked shabby. The ice machine was broke on six floor. And our friends that met us to visit were charged 100.00 for deposit and we were charged 500.00 deposit. My boyfriend used debit/credit because the credit card I was using wasn't suitable as per policy of hotel. Getting the 500.00 deposit back on debit/credit next day will take 24 to 48 hours TD Bank states when check into. He was given receipt before we left that it was returned on card. And he was given 20.00 (a 10 percent refund).

The bed was very comfortable . The food in restaurant was delicious. As we had a late supper.

Usually all hotels room has chairs in the room but there was no sofa chair in the room. I was on 5th floor. Highly view was very nice but couldn’t see it cause there was something on the window. No tea coffee bar in the lobby. No microwave in the room. Room keys didn’t work. Have to go back downstairs to change the keys. Never happened before. Last time I stayed in Hampton inn.I had very good experience. I don’t know I will stay in holiday inn next time. Could you please return my money which they take it for security. Where should I call. They said they will return it.

Breakfast was okay. I like to drink tea or coffee but there was no coffee bar in the lobby or in the room. Breakfast staff was good.

The room was falling apart. A panel came off the wall while we were sleeping that was simply taped into place. However it was very clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable, so it was an affordable option that did what we needed it to do.

washrooms need some update, the choice of colours for the rooms and washroom make it look dark and gloomy. some updates will definitely help in uplifting the experience.

location is great, just beside the highway ! the staff was Amazing , we forgot our laptop in the room and they called us to inform and kept it safe so we could get it back, really thankful to everyone there !
