How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The extra charge for the crib. Also, the first crib they provided was a pack and play and was broken unforunately.
The breakfast was great! The pool was very nice, especially with the kids area, the slide and the hot tub. The kids arcade and play area right beside the hotel was a bonus. Having the Boston Pizza near the hotel was really good too. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfy, and clean.

the rooms were not that clean the position of microwave was very and the beds springs were very bad if you turned it make so much noise. the over all room was over crowned with furniture and very small and the breakfast was so so.we stayed for three nights next time we will try to stay on another property

we booked this hotel for the pool and were a biy dissapointed. the pool area was all céramic floors, including the area for the kids water structures and so the entire facility was super slippery. My 2 year old fell within seconds so I went and got his water shoes for extra grip. He wasn't running but toddlers aren't that steady and the floors were extremely slippery.
staff was kind, room were clean and comfortable, basic breakfast includes was okay.

Customer service needed to be more present and attentive. I didn’t like the fact that we could hear the Arcade games and the loud music from my the kids arcarde place to my room.

The carpet in the hallway mostly the elevator vaccumming is mich needed The breakfast was ok. A bit more variety or not the samething every day would of been nice, but everything was fresh ( except the fruits from the can which is ok)

location was good close to everything but the parking lot was always very full of cars from local restaurant.

very busy pool with no staff surveillance. teenager boys yelling and kids using the gym barefoot.
Nice room. Comfortable beds. Great indoor parking. Close to a lot of amenities. Nice water slide. Great room with Fridays. Easy access to ice. Great options for breakfast which was included.

Airport shuttle
Nice room with many amenities. Close to airport - our destination. Rooftop terrace. Exercise room. Didn’t have kids but pool area was popular with families. Convenience of restaurant. Ability to check in early.

the bed was really soft and the wood base cracked when you got in and out. the bathroom door was made of teinted glass and was not clean Checkin for 5 pm please staff in order to make that 1st contact enjoyable... quite a line up !

Really crowded on the day we were there. And it was out of control a bit. For breakfast time, not enough tables, huge lineups, food was running out constantly. Definitely will stay here again.

1. Swimming pool, hot tube: our family of 4 people did not liked the fact, that nobody respected the rules in the pool and in the hot tube. There were also no restrictions for the alcohol consumption and the parents were drinking their beer cans or other canned alcoholic beverages in the hot tube or around, while their children were screaming and literally doing a mess around, without any control at all. Nobody respected the spa or pool rules for the capacity and the hot tube was crowded all the time, with more than 15 people (restrictions for max 10) and children less than 6 years (forbidden for 6 less). Nobody respected the rotation rule neither (when the hot tube is crowded, was supposed to stay max 15 minutes) - but all those alcohol drinking people stayed there forever (without going to the toilet, after 2-3 beers, imagine the rest....). So, our family was not pleased to be surrounded by drinking people and screaming uncontrolled children, there supposed to be some respect and control at the pool area. 2. FYI the breakfast is still Covid style - served in bags, for 1 people you will have: 1 juice, 1 boiled egg, 1 muffin, 1 yogurt and small packed cheese, 1 apple. And you can also have a coffee in the breakfast area (self service).
The room was spacious and well cleaned.The location of the hotel is very good, near to the Aquarium, Chutes-de-la-Chaudière and so many stores, cinema etc, we have stayed at many other hotels in Quebec city, this one is very well situated. At the top of the hotel (7th floor), where is the pool, you have a great open terrasse with a city vue. Drinking your coffee there is a great experience 😉.

The slow elevators, dingy/dark/scary staircase and the fact that we cannot adjust our room temperature. Locked in at one temperature.
The location was fine, the breakfast was what's to be expected of a continental breakfast during covid times. The staff were super helpful and accommodating!!

The covid-breakfast bags - as everyone has already stated - left much to be desired. If coffee and a muffin are all you need it will suffice.
The service was great and the managers were helpful and patient with our big family. The location is right next to a bus stop that led into the city and there was a gas station and a Subway and a Boston Pizza and a great breakfast place. There was a McDonalds and a Tim Hortons and a Dollorama for supplies. All of this was very convenient for our family. It is close to the airport but - even with covid - the pool stayed open via reservations which was wonderful for our family.
