Unfortunately, the beds were not very comfortable and the bathroom door didn't have a lock.

Our stop at Hotel Must was a spur of the moment. We were just looking for a hotel with a pool so I was pleasantly surprised at the amenities and that the hotel seemed to be child-centric. The room was a little dated but clean.

Breakfast had poor selection of food. The sausages and toast were alright...coffee was alright. They need to add more options like muffins, croissants and fresh fruits.

Room was clean, bed was decent. Pool area and waterslide was a lot of fun, the kids enjoyed it. Room spacious and had just what we needed.

Heating is through the AC unit, which is noisy. Had to choose between being warm and sleeping in silence. When someone is talking in the corridor, you will hear. It wasn't bad, but just be aware. Unfortunately for us the play complex was closed on Christmas. The swimming pool could be better organised - e.g. set a long thin swimming zone for adults and let the bathers play on the other side of the pool. The EV charger could have been for other EVs as well, not just Tesla - we couldn't charge.

Boston pizza in the same building. Free Tesla destination charger on the free residents-only underground parking. Breakfast was OK, though sometimes the staff people weren't quick enough to add new food and clean up the trash bins. Free lemonade in the hall. Fair view from the roof-top terrace.

Not enough hooks to hang our wet bathing suits and towels.

Location was great. Easy to get to the hotel. Great réception from front desk. Clean room. Inside pool awesome if you have kids.

I learned this after reaching that they change sheets after 4 nights. I didn’t like this practice. It must be be done at least once after two night stay. There could be pan cakes in breakfast. Currently very limited options in breakfast

Given the price which is below 200 It's not bad. If the price is even little I would day it's overpriced and deserve good rating But the breakfast and parking inclusive facility is what u need and u get.

Monday morning breakfast was missing some options. Sausage, boiled eggs.

Waterslide was a real bonus for the kids. I also enjoyed the comfort offered in the rooms. The facilities were quite clean. I enjoyed my stay at the MUST.

The water game section of the pool was a bit lacking, that section is always the most loved for toddlers so it was a bit sad for them. I also called and ordered a crib for my room and instead received a twin mattress with no suitable fitted sheet. My baby kept rolling off the bed and I was essentially awake all night…

Clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed, good buffet-style breakfast, and the rooftop was simple but a nice addition. The pool was also lovely, loved that area.

The overall stay was fun. The pool was very nice but It should be managed in better way! It would be nice to get also a discount to access that arcade facility and to have extended hours specially on the weekends.

Tiled shower\bathroom flooring can be quite slippery when wet (need to take caution especially in shower.)

Very clean, comfortable & spacious room. Liked the 'protein' component of the continental breakfast (sausages&eggs). Secure parking & easy\spacious parking stalls for airport departures. Attached to a Boston Pizza for variety & easily accessible meals - several walkable other eating choices.

Booking.com was able to book me a room, even if we had call the hotel directly they inform us that they had no rooms left.

Our beds were very uncomfortable and felt un clean. The continental breakfast was not great, very few options especially with a picky eater. Also the ice machine on our floor (4) kept producing dirty ice. Had little black pieces of dirt or mold mixed with the ice. Other than that everything was great.

We really enjoyed the pool. It was nice that the pool stays open until ten. After a day of activities we were able to come back and have time to swim. Also the Carrie Factory was a great addition, pricing is very reasonable. My so enjoyed playing all the games. Burning off his energy in the play structure.

The cleaning personell should have uniforms as well as the people serving in the breakfast
