There is no room service. The bathtub has no grips or mat for security. Very dangerous. In room coffee not refilled daily. Only 2 pods to start, and not enough sugar but we can get that at breakfast.

Unsafe first floor, sketchy people appears to live there. Firetruck came 2 times over a 2 night stay. Not sure why, likely attending medical call in the parking lot. All the electrical outlets are so worn out that the plugs are falling out of the walls.

Staff was pleasant. Old property that has been renovated so floors are new and mattresses were ok but the frames were old and made a terrible noise every time you moved.

The bed mattress and pillows were not the comfiest. The only downside of our stay. But it was a great value so can’t complain/expect too much.

Great location. Lots of restaurants, bars and even grocery stores walking distance away. It was only 5 mins from where my son’s basketball tournament was. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. It was great to have a patio door to load and unload the car. Breakfast was decent. Great value! Super affordable.

The room had a cigarette odor, and I didn't realize that some rooms were low income rentals, and the outdoor areas made me feel uncomfortable at night. The grounds were also in need of a good cleanup (garbage, dog feces, and cigarettes)

The price is always a let down . The majority of the hotels in Niagara Falls are cheaper per night. The sound of an animal scratching in the ceiling wasn't very pleasant.

Location and free breakfast was the best part. And because I had stayed so often leading up to that day and knowing my situation they waived the deposit for me.

The fact that I stayed for the same number of nights a week prior and it was cheaper and I'm checking ahead to see prices for another possible stay a Thursday to Sunday stay and its almost $200 cheaper. How the prices vary so much from week to week for the same days. $418 for a room at a 2☆ hotel

It seems run down. The halls are dimly lit, furniture is old and scratched up, bathrooms need to be updated and have peeling wall paper removed and the stair wells were dim and dirty. Our toilet was broken in the first room and the front desk clerk was good about switching me to a new room, but the room we were switched to was smelly and dirty. Luckily the third room was clean and in working order.

The beds we’re comfortable and I liked the location with lots of restaurants close by.

Had 2 rooms. Cockroach found in 1 of the rooms. I am sensitive to fragrances. Our room had some kind of fragrance/cigarette? smoke odour. Rooms need attention and update.

Location was close to our event. Good variety of restaurants in area. Price.
