I called for room service and it took a long time for them to call back. It’s a small thing, but there was only decaf coffee in the room.

Lovely resort with beautiful property on the Lake. The room was spacious, with a fireplace and well appointed kitchen. Concierge service was excellent.

Only thing I can say . Is that it's extremely expensive . For 2 days the restaurant were extremely expensive.

- The long wait to be served at the all-day dining - Double charged for requesting fresh drink after fire alarm for leaving drink unattended - There was no appetizers at the all-day dining - Reservation for the all-day dining is not optimal - Confusion with the 3rd party cruise options advertised on company website, staff are not well informed - Staff had poor communication skills especially in the grab and go cafe - Locating daily events was difficult, information should be better displayed (recommend a tv display at main entrance with time of the event and location)

to be more comfortable, as they were a bit too firm for my liking. However, the overall experience at JW Marriott The Rosseau Muskoka Resort & Spa was truly amazing. Upon entering the room, I was immediately impressed by the level of comfort and cleanliness. The room felt brand new, and the complete kitchenette was a pleasant surprise. It was stocked with everything I needed to prepare meals during my stay. The bathroom was spacious and luxurious, with high-quality amenities and a hairdryer. The location of the resort is simply breathtaking. Surrounded by lush greenery, it offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The resort provides golf cart rides to facilitate transportation around the property, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Their kindness and willingness to assist made my stay even more enjoyable. I had the pleasure of dining at the Beca Italian restaurant, and it was a delightful experience. The food was delicious, and the team working there was incredibly nice. The service was top-notch, and the smiles on their faces made me feel welcome and appreciated. One of the highlights of the resort is its full-service spa and the swim-through indoor/outdoor pool. It was a unique and refreshing experience to swim between the indoor and outdoor sections of the pool. Additionally, the resort offers a gym and a business center for guests' convenience. The proximity to The Rock Golf Course and the various recreational activities available on the property, such as canoeing and snow-shoeing, provided ample opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts to indulge in their favourite pastimes. The view of the lake from the resort was truly mesmerizing. It added to the overall charm and beauty of the place. The room itself was spacious, and the huge bathroom and well-equipped kitchen were definite highlights. If there was one area for improvement, it would be the comfort of the mattresses. Personally, I found them to be a bit too firm for my liking.

Food options was limited for family with young kids, price was way too high although with good quality. Room service was ok, but again very costly with extra fees on top of the tip. I missed printed menus in the room. they provide R codes but some of them were not working.

Room was very comfortable, complete kitchen with everything I needed and bathroom was amazing! Room was very clean and looked brand new! Location was astonishing, lots of green and they facilitate your dislocation with staff providing golf-cart ride around the resort (no extra fee)

The bed sheets if the beds kept coming off when sleeping they need to be replaced or larger size, the coffee in room is horrible, the deck beach area has many screws coming off pretty dangerous.

The mattresses need to be changed. The mattress topper slipped as soon as you moved in bed. Too short. The furniture has lived and required a good renovation. The hotel surfs on its name. The customer service was exceptional from receptionists Faith and another guy (forgot his name but his name is made of both his mom & dads names-unique!). The chef at Chop house and Justin at the pool deck were exceptional too! Thank you! Keep it up

Our suite had a leaking fridge, the screen on the sliding door leading out to the balcony had a huge rip and the cabinet under the sink in the bathroom was soaked with water; I suspect from a leak somewhere. Some of the toiletries we brought with us were affected.

The meals were excellent and waitstaff attentive and pleasant. Buffets were amazing, love them and was so glad they were available. Mia, Akshay, Anthony, William, and Sherman went out of their way to make our stay seamless. Amazing staff. The bar/grill poolside down by the waterfront was great as well. Everything convenient to the pool. Very relaxing. In addition staff were prompt in delivering whatever we needed brought to our room ie extra bedding. Repairs to a leaking fridge was serviced quickly despite it being quite late at night when we noticed, and called for assistance.

Kitchen a bit under furnished. The only real problem was the bed which is close to the wost we have experienced in a Marriott. A King bed with a miserable mattress that caused me to feel every twitch and bounce and turn my husband made , keeping me awake much of the night. and i really hate the smushy pillow-top mattress . Would also have liked a larger beach ..more room for those of us who dont get up early enough to grab / reserve a space down there. Food is pricy and the price of alcoholic drinks is ridiculous.
