Had to ring and wait for the guy to come let me in to check in. For being upgraded, they didn't have the table and 2 chairs only a long desk with 1 chair, wasted space where there COULD be one, no hairdryer, took out the bathroom fan (gaping hole there now) so needed to open door when getting dressed to let out the steam, strong chlorine smell from water, high beds (sorry I'm short...), and pillows very soft. Tv is weird I couldn't figure it out but my son eventually did, can't turn on/off by remote and TV settings went weird but eventually figured out how to get it on and use the cable.

The price, guy at check in was nice, didn't need security deposit, room was updated with new things and fairly comfy, lots of plug-ins, was nice to have a single serve coffee maker (and water bottles) and TEA bags as I don't drink coffee!

The door way had a lip on the threshold which made it difficult to get the scooter in the room. The booking agent did not tell the motel that a ground floor room was required. Luckily, I had printed my confirmation.

I needed the ground floor because I use a mobility scooter. We were assigned a second floor room, even though I had requested a ground floor room when I booked. The manager found a ground floor room and discounted the rate to compensate for the inconvenience.

There was a compressor sound going on all the time and around 9 a.m on Sunday morning there was non-stop drilling going on, of which we were not made aware prior. At we were up late, this cut our sleep short.

I ended up paying twice for the same room, paid thru PayPal then had to pay again when I got there which was irritating. I told the gentleman that I already paid he informed me that they don’t except PayPal. good thing I had extra money. but the room was nice and comfortable

I had an excellent stay at the Knights Inn Lindsay! The room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable. The owner was very friendly and accommodating; I was even able to stay an extra night in the same room. The next time I'm back in the area, I will stay there again. I would also highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice motel in the Lindsay area

Beds could be better. Rooms could be cleaner and better renovations need to be done. Staff could be more readily available

In a state of disrepair. I was told it was due to contractors who were to work on the property not showing up. The outside stairs to go up to the 2nd floor were open and hard to navigate carrying luggage. The television was difficult to navigate. There were no instructions on how to work it. The fan in the bathroom was extremely loud and could not be turned off as it was coupled with the light.

The property was close to where I was visiting . The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. It had been newly renovated but very spartan.

They ask for security deposit as150$ that ok I ain't got no prob with that they said non smoking room even if I smoke that ok i can deal with it we ask 2 chair for sitting outside on the balcony for smoke we're located second floor the guy at the desk bring to chair upstairs for us that was nice from him ! So now it time to get into the room ..First of all there so many fruit fly inside the room I couldn't beleive it the hot tub was very dirty right around the drain so I had to spray my clean freak let it sit a bit and clean the tub ! After that I was like there no way I can't sleep with all those fruit fly inside the place that driving me nut from there we been at the store buy the backyard mosquito coils trying the push them away put 2 small peice in 2 plate both at the bottom of 2 the window logically this is where they came in ... after 3 days figthing over fruit fly time to check out ! We going at the desk ask for the cash deposit back the guys at the desk the same one he bring the chair for us upstairs the same guys told us to go at the store buy some stuff for push them away came across the room for see if Avery thing are fine and just down the window on the shelt where the coils was there small dust of ashes FROM THE MOSQUITO COILS NO DOUBT ! He been accusing us to smoke in the room that was not even true I told him if we been smoking inside the place you will smell the smoke from the cigarette plus most have hashes all around the place not only where the coils was !
