Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

CanadaIt was in the middle of an industrial estate, and the whole place was a little bland. If you've ever stayed at a hotel you won't find anything surprising. Standard, ordinary, and not in a fun location -- you absolutely had to drive to get to anything at all. But all we were doing was stopping overnight on a road trip.
The beds were flat, the hot water was hot, the rooms were small but that's fine for an overnight stay. There was ample free parking, and the place was modern and efficient. It had air conditioning and lots of places to put bags, there were desk chairs in each room.

CanadaThere is no elevator for the 2nd floor. The parking lot car spacing between cars is too small. Hard to get in and out of your car when the parking lot is full. The Room door ( magnetic card ) was not locking by itself... The kind person at the front door, came and fixed it by knocking on the door mechanism. It is a crowdy room to walk in when someone sits at the little table. Air conditionning dust filter looked filled with brownish color dust. In a Covid time, you would be expecting Clean air filter. Bathroom ( floor and shower ) tiles would need some scrubing to remove the brownish color between tiles. From the 5 hotels of my trip around the Gaspésie. It is the one that Impressed me the less for same price range.
Hard to say. Beds and pillows are very good and clean. Personel was very nice and resourceful to take care of issue.

CanadaWe found that the air quality in our room was awful. I went to open the window to let in fresh air but to my deception the windows don’t open !! The room was extremely stuffy and had a very hard time breathing. We woke up in the morning after a horrible sleep all stuffed up, sinuses plugged do to horrible air quality. We turned on the air conditioner to help the air quality but the vents are non ajustable so the air gets blown directly in our faces. Are experience was just terrible and we will definitely never go back
