My sisters stayed on a different floor and their bathroom had much more/nicer toiletries. As well - there was no maid service and clean towels.

The hot tub was disgustingly dirty, you could see skin cells floating around, and the pet fee was exuberant ($50, opposed to all other hotels which charge $20-$25) robbery!! Charge a damage deposit and refund half if you want to charge more for peace of mind. This fee was also UNDISCLOSED.

The room was spotless, the soaker tub was amazing, the pool was warm (but busy), the buffet breakfast was too notch!! The bed was super comfortable and all staff were pleasant and helpful with smiles on their gaces

Wasn't overly impressed with first room it felt like there was something missing.

We spent a second night two days later and had a room with two beds, which was far better than the room we had on our first night

Our bathroom door wouldn't close and it took a long time to cool down the room. This is the first time we had any issue. We were very tired and it wasn't a complete inconvenience. The door closed just not tight.

breakfast starting at 0630 is very convient, lots of parking and location is great. There are places to eat, gas station and the ice cream shop! Being close to the highway is a great.

pillows were way too soft - almost no loft at all, air conditioner wasn't adjustable and was VERY noisy, bathroom floor had dirt build-up in the corners.

beds are comfortable, bedding was clean and warm, room amenities were nice. room itself was very clean, continental breakfast was great, location was terrific in terms of access to decently health restaurants or fast food.

The swimming pool water wasn't transparent at all. I do not know how people even dare to swim in there! Breakfast area lacks waste bins - they are constantly overloaded. You can easily come to a breakfast in the period when there's no so much to eat - they do replenish the meals, but sometimes you'll have to wait 20 minutes for that. Windows are to the highway side. When they are closed it is quiet in the room, but not enough oxygen (at least with 4 people it wasn't good enough), if you open the window - it would be too noisy. There is an EV charger, but it costs $4/h with just Level 2 charge (7kW)! That's too expensive!

It is not the first time we stop here. We like the location, we like the breakfast. Kids especially love the wafers machine and the breakfast overall - eggs, sausages, yogurts, cereals, bread and bagels with spreads, juices, tea/coffee/cacao, some pastry.

This was our 4th stay. Housekeeping was not at 100% this stay. Food crumbs outside our room when we arrived. Fridge was dirty, remote for tv didn’t work. No shampoo or conditioner in bathroom. (Didn’t realize until I was ready to shower) Should have taken photos. Front desk morning staff made aware when delivered shampoo and conditioner to room at 605am

The air conditioning was super loud and annoying during the night, so we had to turn it off, also the door to our room was a bit twisted and hard to open/close.

The hotel is pretty clean, continental breakfast included wasn’t bad, the room is a regular sized and the beds were comfortable.
