The location was excellent - close to everything but also quiet. The room was fine. The bathroom was very spacious. Check in was easy and the staff was helpful.

There were a few stairs to climb which wasn't easy with luggage.

It was located right in the Center of Tadoussac. Parking Space included. We could park the car there even for a bit after Check-out.

When we arrived for two nights, there were only two coffee pods in the room. We had to go back to the original hotel/restaurant to get more. The kitchen could have used a toaster on the countertop rather than a toaster oven. Overall, there were plenty of dishes and there was room enough.

The room was exactly as described and it was not in the main hotel but rather in the basement of another building just a block away. We did expect the lower ceilings which was fine. It's definitely within walking distance to the waterfront and to the many restaurants available. The bed was comfortable, the shower a bit small but we managed and again....it was as described.

All was fine - may be just to note that breakfast a bit simple/light.

The rooms are nice and clean. They a furnished with a coffee machine, fridge and micro wave. The location - up the hill - is nice and central. As we had no car and had to catch a bus at 15 minutes walk from the restaurant, the owner very kindly offered to drive us to the bus stop !

Ground floor so floor above was very creaky and loud. You could hear every footstep. Inadequate shampoo and soap for shower.

My room was at third floor and l had very heavy luggage. I am 65 Years old. No elevator, the staff was rude and nobody helped me . ☹️. The room was at the third room and the bathroom was at second , with narrow stairs . Up and down , up and down, up and down ......☹️

The room was way too small. BED CRAMMED IN A CORNER! The washroom was also too small for the cost of the lodging. A window could not be opened because it was broken and had a sign attached. COFFEE MACHINE DID NOT WORK.

The location and staff were superb. The restaurant food and service were outstanding. The sheets were clean. Parking was close to the little historic House we stayed in down the street.

The breakfast was disappointing. We had to pay a supplement for breakfast and were told we couldn't eat it in the restaurant downstairs(??) Apparently on the restaurant terrace was fine but as it was raining it wasn't an option. Breakfast was given to us in a takeaway carton and was rather disappointing for the price. The second day we had breakfast at the Abri cotier café nearby which was cheaper and much nicer.

We had a room upstairs that gave onto the terrasse, a nice place to sit outside when sunny. The room isn't huge but it was okay. We ate in the restaurant downstairs in the evening and that was very convenient. Next door there is a small supermarket which is very handy and the walk down to the bay of Tadoussac is just opposite the hotel and takes just 5 minutes which is good to know if you have booked a boat trip.

-noisey could hear restaurant upstairs (evening time) - most hotels come with travels shampoo and conditioner here they give you one sample size one. They do not refill hand wash or body wash. Thank goodness we came prepared. -poor Wi-Fi -tv did not work -squeaky beds -futon did not fold out properly -notes about extra fees all around room -250+per night although when booked on bookings.com rate was 150$. Disappointed when I had to pay upfront 700$(with taxes) before even seeing room. I could not even bring myself to question it. Disappointed overall
