A personal belonging disappeared from the room and loss was reported to the front desk. Did not find staff helpful or professional in dealing with the situation. The restaurant food was not great but not cheap; service was lacking.

The central location and close proximity to quieter areas in town - close to the Peel and McGill metro stations and easily accessible from the central train station. Just 20 mins metro ride to the Botanical Garden👏. PLEASE DO NOT SHARE OR PUBLISH MY NAME.

It is not a full service hotel. The restaurant and bar are mostly closed. There is skeleton staff around. Staff are every entitled; they don’t help with bags.

The breakfast buffet was extremely disappointing. They were so understaffed that they could not refill empty platters on the buffet in a timely manner. When we checked in, our room had no heat. We turned up the thermostat and unpacked, but the heat did not turn on. When we asked that it be fixed they said that they do not call anyone for mechanical problems during the weekend. we were forced to repack our suitcases and move to a lower quality room. They also forgot to clean our room, even though we had the light on that it needed cleaning. They didn’t serve dinner in the restaurant on Saturday or Sunday.

The staff at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating.

Lifts were very slow Restaurant had strong smell of fat & cooking so we didn’t eat there We had asked for a late restaurant booking for our first night but none had been made Bar was shut on our last day but no notices to say it would be and we had wanted a lite meal prior to leaving

The elevators are exceptionally slow. I recommend requesting a room on a lower floor in case patience is not your virtue and may feel inclined to take the stairs. In any event, the rooms located on the higher floors are likely to have the neighbouring sky scrapper's offices as the view. The building was so close to my room that I could see my own reflection in addition to the hard working individual accross the way. Any privacy will require you to pull the curtains, which (in my case) rendered my small room extremely dark and uninviting. Admittedly, the foregoing comments are based entirely on my personal preferences.

Nothing stands out as remarkable (other than how slow the elevators are...).

Room very small I was surprised to be charged extra for coffee after paying a lot for the breakfast buffet style. On the following questions below. Every hotel I travel to offers free wifi. It’s expected.

We stayed for 3 days and never once had the room cleaned. We were told that the “light system” wasn’t being followed and that they were short staffed. Was very disappointing to spend the money we did to not have a clean room.

The hotel is contemporary and warm with a bold visual signature. The room was quiet with nice attention to detail and a great view. Loved training on the 17th floor with the view. Staff was enthusiastic and very nice.
