Quaint, unique hotel in amazing location. We could walk anywhere we needed to, ate delicious food at the restaurant located inside, and had nothing but amazing interactions with all the staff

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like about our stay. Two small things that would have been “nice-to-have”: extra hooks or a towel bar in the bathroom to hang used towels on and a mini fridge so that we could store/bring back leftovers.

We had a great long weekend stay. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was good, and the high ceilings were a nice feature. We appreciated that they replenished the bottled water and nespresso pods as a part of the regular housekeeping. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again.

Our initial room had an issue with the heating system and hence, we spent our first night unable to sleep because of the noise. When I reached out to the staff the next morning, they immediately had someone assess the room and we were moved to an upgraded room which I appreciated.

Loved how the exposed brick and high ceilings gave a cozy ambiance to our room. The staff was immediately responsive to our requests. Very convenient location to sights and great restaurants.

I had read online that there would be a sauna for guests to use but when we arrived, we were told that they had a steam room and we would have to book and pay per session in the rain spa. Obviously there’s is misinformation online, but it left us feeling really disappointed.

The shower had meh pressure and was huge so very cold.

Suite was wonderful with high ceilings. Amazing location and the staff was excellent. We received truffles and spring water daily as well as complimentary coffee.

The room size was great, we had a junior suite as I was traveling with a teen son. The bed and sofa bed was super comfy. The amenities were great, gym was clean, loved having the restaurant downstairs and the location could not be beat. Our room was extremely clean.

The edge of the King mattress was giving way.

It always helps when you get an upgrade, but two great restaurants on site, super helpful staff. Room was quiet with 12 foot ceilings and two massive windows. They had the most amazing free water in the lobby that we are trying to reproduce at home. Very refreshing. Good location. Walked to Salumi Vino - excellent Italian and ordered in pizza from nearby. Five good days.

The staff was courteous and attentive. My room was well appointed, large , very clean and great views of the city. It was well located at the edge of the old town.

It was hard to get the coffee machine working and we lost quite a number of capsules into it. Lighting was very poor.

Long wait for breakfast , kitchen messed up, but these things happen. Breakfast was yummy.

Location is superb, right in the middle of Old Montreal. Walking distance to great restaurants and historical sights. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Service is excellent ( water and chocolates arriving every evening ). Breakfast was delicious and dinner in the japanese restaurant in the hotel was the best meal we had in Montreal.
