No hassle in booking and checking in.It's really close to Eaton mall and the places i wanted to visit. I also liked that they have a netflix. Rahaman was really nice and answers questions straight to the point.

Everything ıs amazing in the hotel. The best thing about this hotel is amazing staff. Both Rayman and Himanshu are best at their service. They are very helpfull. I will defnitely come back to this hotel because of their service. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Firstly the surrounding area is rough and has a lot of homeless/ groups of people on the streets throughout the day including the night which resulted in me getting a taxi to my hotel as I didn’t feel safe, once I arrived to check in late in the day I had to wait another hour for them to clean and fix the room which they said something was broken even though they had many hours to do it before I arrived, once I was in the room it looked nothing like the pics and was small and dirty including the walls, floor and bathroom. The tv stopped working in my first room and the second room the tv remote was broken. Furthermore the other quests are loud and can be heard be heard early hours of the morning which can be a problem if you are a light sleeper.

Only positive about this room was the bed was comfortable.

You could hear the trains until midnight when they stopped running and first thing at 6am when they began. I could hear conversations in the lobby. My door had a 1 inch gap under it that let in light and sound. The room wasn't very clean (dirty floors, didn't pick up garbage in the shower so showers weren't cleaned) and lacked amenities (no washcloths, couldn't figure out the dirty ac). The mattresses and pillows could be better too.

A passable place to sleep and nice staff. Public transportation (streetcar) drops off right in front of the building, so that's very convenient. The front door had key card access only, but the scanner isn't very noticable.

Hotel needs room Renovations badly. Sheets were itchy, toilet seat was very loose, bugs in room, it's basically in a very run down part of Toronto as well. You get what you pay for and the price was right. It was a place to lay our heads and that's what we needed.

The misleading photos and the vast disparity from their descriptions make this situation highly deceptive. Upon entering my room, I encountered 5-6 flying bugs, a bathroom sink that doesn't drain, and exceptionally dirty bathroom. The bathroom door is see through. Furthermore, the hotel's location adjacent to Toronto's sole homeless shelter and public housing projects renders it far from an ideal choice for accommodation. The continuous arguments in the lobby and on the first floor added to the discomfort of the situation and speaks to the kind of people who stay there. The hotel staff, when contacted through Booking.com, refused to acknowledge the presence of flying bugs in the room, making it exceedingly difficult to obtain a refund. They claimed to offer me a new room while denying its availability to the next customer. Although they proposed a new stay, my overall experience was so negative that I had no desire to continue staying there.

There was nothing to like about this property.

The neighborhood isn't great but it is safe. Little pricey, but this seeks to be Toronto. Good spot.

This was a good spot. Shady neighborhood, but Toronto seems to he a shady neighborhood. Good value. I would recommend them. Place was a little rough around the edges and pricey, but you get whats in the photos.
