The room was on the cramped side, but with all amenities just tight on space. Also, there was no complementary breakfast, but the resteraunt does not open until 730 am. A bit of a catch 22...for early risers.

The location was great. What a view to wake up to! Staff were great and helpful. The room was super clean.

The pool was too cold to swim in. The heating in our room didn't work so had a cold morning. The morning desk staff was very concerned about us and our comfort which we appreciated.

The hot tub was often not hot. The bathrooms had no fan.

The indoor pool and hot tub. Pet friendly facilities. Close to town. Beds were comfortable. Good restaurant. Free drinks at reception. Well stocked kitchen.

The shower head was a little aggressive, I had to play around with it so it didn't hurt to use. I could also hear everything through the walls from the rooms around us.

The beds were pretty comfortable. The shower was pretty nice, I appreciated the shelving in the shower. The rooms were also very clean.

I was traveling with my dog, and they had a welcome package waiting for him in the room! A pet food dish with a welcome note, treats and a dog bed! So thoughtful!

Strong chemicals/scents in rooms.

The staff were amazing. Unfortunately, the chemicals or air freshener used in the rooms was very strong and my friend and I are sensitive to such so we were unable to stay as long as we liked but the staff did their best to make us comfortable. They even moved us rooms in the middle of night to one that had been vacant a couple days. The smell was milder but we still had to check out early. Again, the staff were so great and authorized a refund on our non-refundable booking for the night we didn't stay. I was also very impressed with their efforts for when we arrived they had given us a free upgrade, a birthday card & a bottle of wine as they were told it was my birthday. 10/10 on service here!!

Noise seems to really carry, anything from people above, walking by, or the trail and the room needed some repairs on the bathroom floor.

The Staff was amazing. They were super cheerful and kind with check in and check out. The little welcome package for our pup was also nice.

Unfortunately the hot tub was always full and when we finally were able to use it, the temperature was barely warm. Disappointing for sure. Also, if you book a standard room with two double beds, they are on the very small side. The temperature of the room was hard to regulate and was very warm.

The location was convenient for skiing.

The rugs in the room were very dirty, we spilled water on the floor and when cleaning it up the rugs left a big brown stain on the towel. Surface wise it was clean. Beds were comfortable but only 3 pillows on each bed instead of 4.

The walls were not well sound-proofed, so it was fairly noisy. As well, there was no top sheet on the bed, only a duvet and bottom sheet, which I found strange, as I was unsure if the duvet cover was laubdeeed between guests.

The location was great. Right off the main thoroughfare. The staff were super kind and also provided amenities (treats, food bowls, and a bed) for my pet.

I couldn't get the heat high enough. so the room was quite chilly. Also there was no fan in the bathroom, which I thought was weird. That wasn't a problem for me, but I could see mold issues down the road from the humidity of people taking showers.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated that they allowed me to leave my dog in the room when we went out to grab some dinner. Most hotels do not allow pets to remain in the room unsupervised. They even provided a food dish and treats in the room for my pup.
