Overall nothing, of course, the breakfast could offer more variety. The common facilities such as the lobby, stairs and shared kitchen could be cleaner.

I was happy with the room I got and the location is pretty good to go anywhere.

Breakfast area too small. No ramp to transfer our baggage down to the street level. No elevator for us to bring our heavy baggages up to the 2nd floor.

Location close to the centrum or tourist spots. Friendly, respectful and helpful personnel especially Joachim and Zoe. Joachim carried our heavy suitcases up to the 2nd floor.

The mini-fridge was very loud and woke us up several times in the night. The breakfast was regrettably very subpar. The Syrup did not taste like syrup but rather soy sauce and some muffins were even burnt.

This hotel has prime time real estate. Almost everything is within walking distance save the islands. The bed was also incredibly comfortable.

The water was locked off for a day but they explained it was due to an emergency plumbing situation. It seems they fixed it as quickly as they could. I wish we got an update before having to ask about it but outside of that the staff was very pleasant, the breakfast was good, and the room was comfortable.

The staff was friendly and the place was clean. It was in the perfect location.

Personally I don't like the bathroom inside the bedroom when it has so many beds, because I am limited to only one bathroom since there is no other options outside. I'd consider booking a bedroom with fewer beds next time.

Staff was great, location is perfect too. Practical place to those who just want a place to rest at night.

I know it had nothing to do with the hostel but I did feel uncomfortable in my mixed dorm since I was the only female - I feel like someone should have told me when I checked in that I’ll be the only female and make sure I’m okay with that - I was moved to a new room eventually. Also, I chose this place because they are known for organizing activities, tours and such and there were none besides beer pong on Friday night.

The staff was so incredibly nice and helpful, I was having trouble feeling comfortable in a mixed dorm and they moved me to a female dorm no questions asked and been super friendly my entire stay. Also, I did my laundry there in it came out smelling amazing!
