Some of the furniture is worn, a bit of grime under the kitchen sink. These are very small issues, as the room and facilities were otherwise great.

Lovely family-run hotel close to historic downtown and plenty of restaurants and other local destinations. We walked to a Ghostriders match at the arena and were proud to learn that the hotel sponsors the team and other local institutions. Sheets and towels are high-quality, staff is super helpful and kind, from front desk to housekeeping to breakfast.

The smell of Chlorine when I entered the building. Was a bit overwhelming.

Room was spacious, warm and bed was comfy. Breakfast was readily accessible with the pub next door for dinners. Was a 5 minute walk to the city centre.

The only thing was the repetitive breakfast. Can only eat so many eggs/pancakes days in a row. Variety would have been nice.

Room was very clean, spacious and beds/pillows were comfy. The breakfast was good but by the 3 rd breakfast became repetitive.

We truly appreciated that we could check in very very late . The staff was wonderful expect the evening receptionist. I figured it was due to the fact we arrived at 2 am . Besides we truly enjoyed our stay and we will come back .

The hotel was not very busy. I asked for a room with a nice view. I got a view of the rear parking lot.

Not sure what to say here. Was gd all round. Ate once in the pub and had coffee and dessert another time. Seemed a mite dark

All of it. The beds are wonderful. Could use a hand shower. But bathroom was very clean. Love the alcoves so you can sit and visit or read. The weekend server in the breakfast area was excellent. Always on the move with coffee and hot water. Tables cleaned efficiently. Front end staff very friendly and helpful.

Maybe put kurieg’s for coffee in room? Forgot their was carafe coffee by reception though. Had stayed here before but tried a couple of other less expensive places on a few previous trips through. For the slightly higher cost will definitely be using Park Place in the future now.

Front reception staff were most accommodating as had screwed up reservation. Room (221) was very spacious, gorgeous king bed, microwave, fridge, large bathroom with actual counter space , excellent towels, all needed amenities. Beautiful courtyard with the pool and hot tub. Liquor store on site. Pub restaurant on site with access from interior. Way above average ‘pub food’, great beer selection, and super waitresses! Included breakfast was actually not even. Breakfast lady very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful property and lovely staff. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. Breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed the attached pub for dinner.

Have stayed many times. Rooms a little dated now but still very comfortable and great views from the windows.

Hot breakfast was quite good, compared to other places we’ve stayed (except a new, faster toaster is needed!). Linens and towels were in excellent condition, and clean. Bed was very comfortable, and unlike many hotels, the carpet in the room actually appeared clean!!

Highway side rooms have best view of Three Sisters, but traffic a little loud. With windows closed, it's not too bad.

Comfortable, clean rooms. Amazing views. Bar and liquor store in hotel. Great service. Best part is walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops.
