We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaRoom service took a long time. Unfortunately because of the location not many outside places deliver here, especially at night.
The hotel is directly connected to the airport terminal and this alone makes it worth the extra money to stay here. Staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are small but comfortable. Quite a bit more expensive than staying off site but you can literally walk directly to and from the terminal to your room.

CanadaUnfortunately there was a smell of pot in the hallway and the smell was in my room and I don’t like that smell. The shower head would not stay in one place and I had to keep adjusting it and the water leaked onto the bathroom floor because of the shower head not staying in place.
I liked that it was in the airport and with an early morning flight it was very convenient.

CanadaThe only issue we had was our room key wouldn't work in the elevator. Instead, we ended up going up with another guest and walking the stairs down one floor. We could've gone down to the front desk to get it fixed but it wasn't that big an issue, since we weren't planning on leaving the room until the next day anyway.
The location is really why we booked the room. We needed to fly out early the next day and staying here made it so easy so get to the terminal well in time. We parked our car in the Easy Park parade and walked into the airport straight to the hotel. When it was time to fly, we simply walked out of the hotel and into the airport. The room was very nice and had all the amenities we could ask for and we were very comfortable. The staff was also extremely helpful and accommodating.

CanadaVery convent way to end a trip staying right at the airport. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean and we were not at all bothered by the sound of the planes. The restaurant in the lobby had good food and very friendly staff. We also lucked out with some live entertainment, which was really good.
