Bed was a bit hard. No convenience store-like area to purchase necessities (Tylenol, toothbrush/toothpaste, etc.).

Easy access with free airport shuttle. Surrounded by restaurants to get a quick bite to eat. Clean facility appearing high-quality.

The room was tiny. There was only one chair. No couch or anywhere else to sit aside from the bed . There was no notepad to write on. There was no coffee downstairs in the morning on two of the mornings. Also, we requested a light clean on the room on the second morning we were there and somebody showed up and tried to barge into our room at 9:30 at night. It’s a beautiful hotel and I have stayed there before, but there were a few missing details that made this less of a value than it otherwise would’ve been.

I was very very disappointed with the shuttle service. I had contacted the hotel prior to arrival to say it would be a very late check in- flight not due in till 11 pm and in fact it was 2 hours late. I was worried about getting the hotel shuttle. I was given a phone number to call on arrival to get the shuttle. I called the number several times at 1 am and there was never any reply just a message to say voice box was full. I am a lone woman traveller of over 60 years of age and found it very disappointing that I then had to find a taxi to take me to the hotel. Unfortunately the taxi driver did not know the location of the hotel and there was some confusion as to where he was taking me. I had to put on the sat nav on my phone to direct him. This was a stressful and unnecessary experience. When I arrived at the hotel at nearly 2 am there was no one on the front desk!!! The following morning the shuttle was outside to take me back to the airport.... the driver on this occasion was surly and rude - " I'm not interested in that" when I attempted to explain I was needing domestic departures to go to Toronto and a complete contrast to the lovely friendly shuttle drivers I encountered on my earlier stay on 16/17 March. He needs some training in how to interface with customers!

Room was excellent. Very comfortable bed and lovely shower. A great bonus after spending a week camping in a tent on ice in -25 degrees C.

Having multiple luggages- I expected some help from the hotel staff or at least point me in the direction of the dolly ( trolley). Nobody did and I was watched moving/ struggling with 8 suitcases
