There was a horrible air freshener smell throughout the apartment that gave me a headache. Shower had some mildew and various pieces of furniture were run down (tears, etc). It's a bit convoluted to get in and out of the building, requiring 2 different elevators and a lot of walking.

It was as described in photos. Good amount of space for one person with a nice layout. It was easy to check in, and the quality of the linens and bath products are good. The building was very quiet.

The perfect place to stay, apartment gave us flexibility and is close to Liberty Market, that has lots of restaurants and little shops.

The built-in devices are rather cheap and therefore a bit loud, but they weren't a problem at all. The way to the apartement was a bit confusing at the first time, bit after the first time we knew how it worked.

Great apartment! Everything is very modern and chic. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was comfortable. Our view from the balcony was simply amazing! Thank you for this great stay, really "a better way to stay"! Would be 9,5 if that would be possible.

There is no staff onsite. Everything has to be sorted via the Sonder website or app. Which seems like a good idea, but it felt a lot less convenient than a normal hotel or serviced apartment. You need to do the checkin online in advance the day (send photos of your passport, fill in a form. etc), when we needed to find out where to park, we had to wait for someone to answer via the app (which is fast, but not real time), so we ended up leaving the car in a public parking. No big deal, but in general, felt less convenient than what I expect for the price.

We have to take 3 different elevators from the parking lot to get to building B, it seems like the air conditioning in the room was motion sensor so at night during sleep it didn’t turn on so we were freezing cold. It space is extremely small but it was ok

The location was great, very walkable, there’s a grocery store and a shopper drug mart right downstairs. It’s just a 10 min walk to the transit. The unit had everything we needed.

The location was perfect everything was close to the place (bus, tramway, subway...). Restaurants and convenience store are also right next to the hotel which is really useful. You also have a view to the CN Tower

To get to the appartment through a maze of lifts & corridors was a bit weird.

The place is exceptionally quiet & comfortable, fully furnished and equipped. Thanks for the coffee & tea! Wonderful, really. Would've loved to stay here with family or someone else to enjoy the full-sized kitchen.
