How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Great for our big family group. Kids loved the pool and waterslide. Breakfast was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Air conditioning not working great in the room. Fire alarm at 3 am was not wonderful but can’t blame them for that. As a vertically challenged person (okay I’m short!) the toilet was quite high for me.
Great staff. Nice accommodations.

the clorine in the pool area was burning my eyes. I found that the room was lacking in maintenance, for example, my room door handle was falling off and not working properly. Our room key continually gave us issues letting us in. The guide for the tv wasn't working and front desk had no idea of the channels for us to find a kids channel
I love that they offer free supper, breakfast is good, beds were comfortable and the room is spacious

One of the hotel staff was frustrated one of the nights due to the noise from another team. Instead of dealing with the issues he got heated with me when I came to ask for a new key for my room. I informed him that it wasn’t our kids causing the issues. He apologized to me afterwards realizing he made a mistake but the overreaction was enough to make me not want to book there ever again.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The taxi shuttle was quick and easy. The bed was super comfy and the room layout was also very comfortable and homey. Breakfast was good. We pass through Calgary twice a year and will definitely make this our stopover hotel from now on.

The pool was not great , water to cold and the hut tube was barely hot

The furnace fan was very loud and the staff did not fix it when we asked. They agreed to fix it when we were gone for the day but that did not happen

We couldn't get the shower to work. Would have been nice to have had a small kettle in the room
we have stayed here before. The breakfast was the usual type of free breakfast, the variety was good, staff were helpful. It's very close to The Italian Garden restaurant which is a great dinner location.

The shower to use before going in the pool wasn't working and so there was things in the water but I called the front desk to let them know about things floating in the water and they promptly came to clean it. Great service!

Pool water temp could have been warmer.
The grandkids loved the breakfast - the waffles were a hit; they also loved the waterslides although the water temp a little cold.

Pool was a little chilly and the blankets are quite light, there was a broken heater or air conditioner rattling outside the window all night.
The staff were friendly, the kids loved the water slide, the kitchenette is super convenient, the bath tub was huge and luxurious.

Indoor pool great but bit cold for winter. Spa worked well.
Amazing hotel. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, quiet. Easy ride to and from airport with taxi voucher. Would stay here again in an instant, great value and right beside local amenities.

The air conditioning unit in my suite was not functioning correctly. The AC in one room of the suite would not turn on and the ac in the other room in the suite would not turn off. by the time we realized this it was 1am and we were too tired to call down to front desk to see about switching rooms. It made for a very hot and uncomfortable sleep for one room and a very cold sleep for the other.
Location is good, rooms were quiet and staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were extremely comfortable
