In the description, breakfast was marked as included, but in the message sent by the property, they informed it's not included. There was no room service, though it was supposed to be according to the message from the hotel.

Great location - it's easy to get to any city sight from the hotel, friendly staff - smooth check-in and check-out.

We rented that room because it had a kitchenette where our friends staying elsewhere in the hotel could gather but there were inadequate dishes - 2 glasses and 2 wine glasses for example. The furnishings are tired.

We loved the location - close to the metro, many restaurants, shops and museums. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was a good size and layout. We didn't use the kitchenette, but it was nicely equipped and in a good spot. I will definitely stay here again.

Somewhat tired furnishings. We had the most expensive room but it was only lightly cleaned once. Dishes left, table left with food debris. Inadequate supplies in kitchen - 2 wine glasses and two glasses. Meant I had to wash dishes a lot.

We took a room with a sofa bed, and the sofa bed was pretty small. Next time I would go for rooms with full beds only.

The location is excellent, the breakfast was good. Being right downtown, you have great options for eating out as well. The services were very good. Overall, the hotel offered excellent quality for the price.

The pull out sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable for our 12 year old. Very thin mattress

As the room was ready they checked us in early when we got there to ask about leaving our bags. the location was great to access lots of things we wanted to do and see whilst we were there. Also apart from hotels options there we loads of great dining options locally.

There is a very small area to sit in the lobby. One of the elevators was not working when we stayed and we had to wait long.

The rooms need to be renovated: the carpet is very old, the brown makes it look dirty, and the kitchen in our suite was also old, with very old appliances. The access to the garage should more pleasant, less dingy.

The location is great. The hotel and rooms are not luxurious but comfortable and clean. The breakfast is nice but too expensive. The staff is helpful and nice.

The walls are thin and you can hear the upstairs and surrounding neighbours clearly. Some broken items such as electrical outlet, bathroom door.

Prime location in downtown Montreal. The room was spacious.

it could have been cheaper, but this sentiment is because of our low income, not the hotel. It seemed a fair value for money -- even a good value for those wh0o can more easily afford it. We were visiting our child who is an undergraduate at McGill, and who lives around the corner.

I loved the glass art on the wall opposite the elevator and in the lobby. So did my wife. It is the thing that might make me stay there again, despite it being expensive for our income. I actually think I own some small pieces by the same artist that I inherited from my mother who lived in Montreal.

The only issue was their cable provider - weak signals off and on. Was trying to follow the US primaries -- it was a bit frustrating.

The location to surrounding activities, access to mass transit, restaurants, etc was perfect. The staff, including garage attendants, were extremely accommodating. Having a kitchenette and extra sitting room. (Executive suite) was ideal. Housekeeping was very efficient to a few things missing from the room.
