Not only was our rooms not close together; they weren’t even in the same wings or the same floors of the hotel which led to kids having to go across the hotel and up and down floors just to see each other. Thank heavens we found the elevators AFTER we had went down the whole hallway and up every flight of stairs to our room on the fifth floor. My wing was drafty(other wing was fine), had to wear my jacket going around my side of the hotel. My swimwear never fully dried the whole time we were there despite being hung up and near the “heat”. Being able to overlook ripped screens and other such trivial things is one thing but the room lacked a sense of proper cleanliness; which was reaffirmed when I first climbed in the shower and actually wiped someone else’s shower products off the walls, and then again when we came back after a “cleaning” .I would of appreciated a paper copy of hotel information/welcome information, even if it was only posted in the hallways of each floor, over/along side of a QR COde. There wasn’t one drawer in the whole of my room even though there were spots for them. It was impossible to find anything to watch on TV as the channel guide and the channels did not line up. Within the first day and a half my key card had been demagnetized 4 times, leaving me locked out of my room.

We absolutely enjoyed mellowing out by the pool and sliding on the water slide at the end of a busy day. Kids loved making their own waffles each morning and the breakfast attendants were very diligent in keeping things clean and tidied and well stocked, and even helpfully readjusted the multiple cups I was trying to carry (without being asked).

The people didn’t clean our rooms at all and we were there for two nights, we asked for towels and sheets because the sheets had hair on them and they took 2 hours to get new ones and everything was broken the toilet the window

The sink water stopper needs fixing. Most of the time we need to lift the stopper up to unclogged the sink which is a hassle. Coffee machine needs cleaning up.

Bed bugs. Checked out early because there were bed bugs in the bed, and couldn't sleep. Hotel stated to call bookings.com and they would authorize a full refund. Checked out and continued driving the highway.

All the drugs and drunks the keycards don’t work the place is in need of repair the tile in the lobby is falling apart. As for the drunks that hang out by the doors all around not a good experience

The hotel is very dated and feels grungy. Everything is kind of falling apart: towel shelves are loose, chairs are wobbly, pool area is very water logged and rusty and bathrooms/change rooms are in rough shape. It has that musty old, hotel smell.

The staff was friendly and my kids enjoyed the pool.

Hot tub was drained the only reason I booked there was for this option. My room lock didn't not work which meant we had to reset our key no less than 15 times and finally had to have management allow housekeeping to let us in our room. Which after the pool you are already et and cold and having to go from the 1st floor to the 4th floor repeatedly sort of ruined this trip. The shower had absolutely zero pressure so for someone like me with thick long hair I was unable to wash my hair because the water wasn't enough to rinse the shampoo out if Mt hair. There was only 1 plug near bed to charge my phone and it was attached to a lamp meaning my.phone wasn't even able to gain a charge.. I booked 2 rooms so my daughter and her family could join us and while 6 of us were at pool on top of other guests there was not enough towels brought out. It was Christmas day so I understand they may not have had staff to wash towels but this made the trip more of a Hassel versus the stay cation we had hoped for

Upon arrival and entering our room, we noticed severe damage to walls and stains on the carpet. It felt and looked like everything was falling apart in the room. A deluxe king suite, we had 2 showers (one did not work at all except for the tub feature). The other had a very mild water pressure, and it leaked from the tub spout so much the water pressure was basically non existent for showering. I would say the king bed was very comfortable and had a pretty clean feeling. As for the staff, our arrival felt ok. We had quick service when calling down to get sheets brought up for our first night stay. The next morning, we got our breakfast vouchers and were greeted by staff standing in front of the elevator. "Going for breakfast?" -no smile, and in the rudest tone. Then, after I smile with my children and say yes, she proceeds to say, "Give me your voucher," and then follows us and hovers over us and other guests. Where we have to wait in line for one waffle machine and slim pickings of cereal, fruit, and weird tasting juices. We chose to attend mcdonalds or the smittys restaurant attached to the hotel. * I would like to say that during the stay, we were continuously greeted by people not staying in the hotel but wandering the streets/parking lot/ lobby, the entire stay. Some with shopping carts, and some with car parts. It always felt like something shady was going on. My husband and our children were greeted at the pool entrance by very very odd shaped pills so we chose not to use the pool at certain times of the day before cleaning had gone thru from the night before. Evening staff felt like they were always overran by people in the lobby and needed more than one extra set of hands between the amount of wandering people and actual hotel guests. ● The elevator made it seem like you needed to punch in an elevator key to get access to your room, but the buttons work lesuirely no key necessary. So much for safety from all the non guests.

Upon arriving our stay was well, the first night when we needed extra covers we were quickly attended but the rest of the stay was a bumpy ride.

Room I ended up with was clean and comfortable. First room given to me was clean and looked appealing, but it was VERY warm. Thermostat was set at 30 and could not adjust it. Problem was easily solved - they gave me a different room.
