Easy to find the hotel and easy to get to the main highways. Also, even if it is located in downtown Montreal on a main street with lots of traffic, we found it very quiet; we didn't hear any people in the hallways after 11:00 p.m. -- very quiet and restful.

The location was clean, friendly, and with many options for food and/or groceries. We stayed in a standard suite and found it quite spacious. Had a view of St. Joseph's Oratory. Parking is challenging with cars having to get blocked in but the hotel staff made the process of extracting our car easy and quick so in the end the parking was no bother. We would stay there again.

Location is very accessible to everything. Near to the Metro. It is also Near to the Oratory, Mont Royal and Beaver lake. The room was very clean. The bedsheet, pillow and blanket were clean.

Although the shower was large and nice, the water pressure was way too low. Finding a parking spot can be tricky in the area. You can use the hotel's parking, but you'll have to pay an extra $23. Don't bother with breakfast in the small chocolate shop associated with the hotel, unless a banana and a Yop, as 'Yogourt with Fruits' is your thing. You have much better options right across the street.

After booking, we received an email that our request for a king bed was approved. When we arrived at the hotel, we were given a room with a queen bed. After complaining, we were upgraded to a suite with a king bed, which was appreciated. The suite was great, and the bed very comfortable.

The parking and garage was not easy to park. Double-row parking was a bit inconvenient. although you can park in the streets, there is a chance of car thefts. ome receptionists were not very friendly.

We booked the hotel to be close to Jewish General Hospital to visit a sick relative and that was the closest hotel we could find. The room was well-decorated and large. It had two full beds and one futon bed in the living room. A full kitchen and dining area was something we did not expect but was a bonus. The neighbourhood was full of restaurants, bakeries and good cafes. We had breakfast in a bakery next to the hotel and the food was delicious. There was a nice bookstore in front. It was very pretty. There was a laundry machine and dryer in the basement available to use. The hotel is perfect for families to stay.

Parking lots are kind of small. Have TV but if you want to watch Netflix or Youtube, you should bring your laptop or cable to connect with TV.

Have private parking lots in basement of hotel. Clean and comfortable. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

The location was fantastic-right near the subway station. I loved the fact that there was a full kitchen with everything that was needed inside and a regular fridge. The bedroom was great, huge walk-in closet and the bathroom was small but very clean and the walk-in shower was to die for!

The staff wasn't very friendly, and there were some hairs in the shower. Also, it was difficult to get through the hotel entrance with a stroller.

The facilities and room size were great, the bed was very comfortable. And the location was close to the bus routes and the subway station.

There were very noisy people in the rooms around us. Yelling back and forth down to hall to each other. They eventually quieted down so we were able to get to sleep but it all started up again the next morning at 6 am when they were getting ready to leave. We should have called down to the desk but didn't.

The location was perfect for us. Close to restaurants, metro, etc. And very close to where my son lives. The room was clean and exactly what we requested. Being able to park onsite was also very much appreciated.

The oven in the kitchen would be nice.

Simply a gem. Loved everything about the hotel- location, comfort, cleanliness, attention to detail, accommodating staff ( especially Victor at the reception), noise isolation and beds. The kitchen was stacked with everything. Definitely will return.

The room only had a split type air conditioner located in the living room. Since the bedroom is detached from the living room area and kitchen by way of a wall, the single air conditioner in the living room might not be enough to cool the room in summer. But this was not an issue for me since I came to visit in October.

The design of the two queen bed room was very functional.
