I left my cell phone charger on the bed when I checked out. I followed up with two calls to the hotel; it was not found. This is very disappointing, as it could not have been missed by the room servicing staff.

Breadfast included was a bonus! Lot's of space to sit down and eat, also with news on TV to watch. Room was very spacious.

Excellent location, the room has a kitchen and all kitchen appliances, a computer with a printer. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. special thanks to Albert, he helped with quick check-in and useful advices.

The sofa hadn’t been made into bed whereas our booking was for 3 persons. The breakfast might have been at the origin of stomachache for one of our 3 persons.

Best HOTEL by far! Great breakfast, free use of laundry room, extra towels and soap/shampoo available in hall for everyone, large spacious clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff!! Close walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Comfortable beds with many fluffy pillows!

Breakfast used only disposable things creating tons of garbage. Avoid rooms on 1st floor since they require an odd entrance.

Location, room size, ensuite kitchen, and pleasant staff. Nespresso coffee at breakfast was a nice touch.

Absolutely nothing

Breakfast service exceeded expectations- menu option was more than adequate. The takeaway package came in very handy. I loved that it is a small place but the room offers so much more than I expected. I checked out then had the hotel keep my bags, did not return till 6pm that evening and the staff were very understanding. Loved everything about the hotel.

Huge problem with elevators. For such a large hotel, only two cramped elevators are terrible. Always standing in line for the elevator.

The intercontinental breakfast was great. Great location and supportive staff. Kitchenette is your room makes it great, you could make your own meal. The laundry is free. Reasonale price. Clean room and environment smell fresh. I can go on and on. It was a great service.

We found that The Business Inn was one of the best hotels we've ever booked and stayed in. The staff was also very helpful.

Our room was great, very spacious, with a very comfortable large bed. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of options to eat, and quite a bit of space for eating. The hotel location was very convenient for us, as we were able to walk to many downtown places, and sometimes even to Parliament. For Museums that were a bit farther away, the staff was very helpful in getting us a cab. We also enjoyed attending the Anglican church nearby.

Breakfast area is a little tight but it was okay

It was very clean and we liked how it was easy to access any items you needed in the hallway instead of having to call and then wait for it to be brought to you. I also liked that the rooms had air purifiers. for those who may have allergies, this is great to have. I also like that in the room was a device for sleeping sounds. It added an extra touch to the room
