4 pm check in and 10 am check out. Very stuffy when we arrived. Doors which didn’t close without banging them (bathroom) and an alarm in hallway which continued for 24 hours

we had to fix the tv before it could be used. we also had to fix the sliding doors which took over an hour. no air conditioning. parking fee was higher than advertised.

The unit was very hot (heaters had been turned on) and the provided fans were broken. 4pm check-in is very late, especially given they don't provide a luggage hold facility.

Paid parking - the condo should come with the parking included. It is silly to go each day to the lobby to use the pay machine to pay for parking. The bathroom could use some maintenance (door was not closing well and shower head needs some improvement).

Unit wasn't cleaned properly. We found items under the sofa bed, an empty bag of Doritos under the bed. Bathroom sink is not draining properly. Housekeeping didn't have extra sheets to cover the folding bed. So I'm doubting now the level of cleanliness of surfaces. However, the bed is very comfortable. It didn't give me back pains

Room was too hot. Did not have air conditioning in the room, the fireplace pilot light was on making the place warmer. They had 3 fans to use and 2 of rhem were broken. The pillows are old and lumpy and should be replaced.

We had to check in at a different hotel. I didn't know this for the first hour, so I ended up walking around the whole place trying to find a reception area, before calling the number and finally having them pick up (tried 2x previously). I was given a laundry list of rules, and told there is bike storage on level P2. Level P2 doesn't exist, but rather in the P level there is a gate labeled P2. An hour of searching the hotel we finally found that. We had to pay for parking in an empty garage, which I thought was kind of strange, but otherwise stay was fine.

The pool had no towels and there were no pool towels in the room either. I would rate the pool and area as just average.

The apartment was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The balcony is too small to use and there is no furniture.

When we arrived the room was not clean, bed was not made, dirty kitchen, garbages on the floor washroom was dirty too. I called the front desk to switch us with another room, but said that no room i Available for us. We need to wait 1.5 hr for the room to get cleaned. The front desk was apologetic and keep saying that we will be compensated but no compensation happened. Also the front desk is in another building so if you need toilet tissue or shampoo you have to get it on your own-get out of the building and drive for 3mins. I would not recommend this property at all of ever go back.

Literally not enough room to walk around the bed in the bedroom. No a/c in the bedroom. Bikes have to be left in a communal storage room (at a mountain bike resort! Same rules for skis in the winter!). No staff on site, pick up keys from some other hotel. "Free shuttle" didn't exist. No guarantee of a parking space, even after paying $100 for one! Bed was awful, soft and hot. Whole hotel was so much hotter even than being outside in the sun. Just awful.

The room had a strong smell (cigarettes?) and wasn't very clean (mold around windows and food splatter on walls) The toilet needed repair. The system for booking the hot tub was annoying, and the pool was closed in the evenings and in the mornings... ?? THIS IS NOT A HOTEL, it is a private apartment building.

The location is good, very close to lifts at blackcomb.
