We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwedenSki locker could be bigger, it can accommodate 2-3 pairs of ski - but not more. Bags need to be elsewhere. No drying for boots, neither in apartments - which leads to boots not drying over night. Only two restaurant for eating and they close early - not really a bad thing but just to be aware.
Hotel location is excellent, service and staff also. It is really expensive, but if you feel you afford it - it is excellent selection. Restaurants, hot tubs and lifts are very close, parking under the building and separate ski lockers next to door outside - good practise.

CanadaThe sauna's are a great addition but I think the heating units needed to be installed lower as the bottom bench was cold. From our building 1 to get to building 2 you have to walk underground through the parking lot which was a bit strange, but doable. A bit pricey for the rooms over Christmas, but understandable.
It was a bluebird weekend over Christmas so we could fly into the airport! Management were able to pick us up and all our luggage! Very lovely staff and super accommodating. Loved the super big bath tub and balcony. The kitchen/laundry area was well laid out. Perfect location being on the hill for skiing. Restaurants were good. The expansion is going to be great! Very festive at Christmas. Loved the outdoor pools and hot tubs. We were able to ski, while the rest of BC seemed to be in mud.

IrelandNo information about setting up sofa bed for 3rd guest included in booking. Wasn’t informed at check in about sofa bed. It was comfortable just would be good to have a head ups and info on where to find bedding etc. Arrived at the end of end of season so only one place open for dinner on mountain and closed early. We should have researched this better.

The studio was perfect size, comfort, and style for rekacing 2 days after a long trip from St Louis to Vancouver to Victoria and Revelstoke =) the reception staff were so sweet and helpful =) the cleaning staff were also so accommodating to delay cleaning for us 😀
