Had to go get toilet paper no conditioner. The heated pool was to cold to go in. Ask for extra coffee and tea weeks before coming and I had to go get some. I was dissapointed that I e-mailed booking .com for price match for that night cheaper and they never responded or matched it.

The room size and bed was very comfy.

Bathroom/ shower a bit dated and lots of mold in tub/ shower. Coffee pot unusable, had not been cleaned - we did not use for fear of mold. Ran water thru - came out brown. Laundry facilities/ products expensive and only 1 each of washer / dryer-- still great bonus for unexpected longer stay.

parking wasn't great. Perkins patrons took over spots in front of hotel. Had to park around corner right next to busy road. Ice machine on lobby floor, I was on third with slow elevator. The wi fi connection was convoluted. Didn't work. Some 600 TV stations. 95% unauthorized to view. Couldn't locate local or ontario weather station with big snow storm moving in.

Nothing was exceptionally bad. The rooms were a little loud as you could hear through the walls easily.

It went pretty well, the checkin was a little lengthy but the staff were very kind and friendly.

All was nice....except for the outside sliding door of my room. It was very hard to open and close...in case of emergency it would really difficult to get open... Bed was very comfortable and shower real nice shower pressure..

My wife was in the hospital for dialysis set up but she had complications from a Cardiac event. I had to extend my stay several times but I was never offered a better rate. I assumed since I initially booked through Booking.com I would get similar pricing. The Travel Lodge never offered any such thing. I paid $30 more than the intial booking. I also had to change rooms because when I went to bed I found bugs crawling on the pillow beside me. The front desk didn't offer compensation for me having to change rooms late that night.

The accommodations were nice. My wife was at the hospital for initial dialysis.

We were told that the shower was a 'walk-in', but it wasn't. It was a tiny tub with slippery bottom; the toilet was so low, so very low, that my wife could not get up from it. Even I had difficulty. That toilet was smaller than the ones in elementary schools! We asked for a toilet seat riser, but the hotel didn't have any left. The televisions did not work! The next day, just before check-out, the technician got them working.

The room (257) was quite nice, and the bed comfy, BUT ...

Hot tub wasn't working. Linen and washrooms showing signs of mould. Beds and pillows aren't comfortable if you're staying for more than one night.

Check in was easy, staff are friendly and courteous. The restaurant attached to the hotel has a great selection, large portions and good food.

Probably this hotel is under renovations, however, a plant, or chairs or a couch or painting should be put in the front lobby. Very unattractive and disappointing.

The room was comfortable. Both us and our travel friends had trouble with the television.
