This is our second time staying, and the only thing that was not 100% are the sofa beds. You can feel the springs, but this is such a small thing compared to all the other amazing things that we love about this place! So other than that, we will 100% recommend this place and we will come back again!

The view was amazing, the bed was comfortable, the pull out bed was also comfortable. The staff were great and knowledgeable of the area. We arrived past check in by accident and they left a detailed note of instructions, places to eat and keys in a nice envelope for us.

There was nothing that we could find fault with. It was all wonderful.

We arrived late at the Waters Edge Shoreside Suites, but the accommodation had sent me an email giving me details of how to get our keys should we arrive when the reception has closed. This was very clear, and we were able to move into our suite with no problem. On walking into the suite, we were delighted by how light, airy, and spacious it was. There was a fully fitted kitchen with a large fridge freezer and a dishwasher. French doors gave access to a balcony that looked out onto the Cove. For anyone brave enough, an outdoor bath is available so you can bathe under the stars. A gas fire,operated on a timer, gave a wonderful cosy feeling and warmed up quickly. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with plenty of spare bedding should you need it. The bathroom had all toiletries needed with lovely soft towels. There were even bathrobes. The only problem we encountered - and it was entirely our fault - was realising that to turn the shower on, the valve that adjusted the temperature needed to be pulled out. This turned the water supply on. We were a bit dim and didn't realise we had to do this, so we informed the ladies on reception that the shower wasn't working. They were very patient with us and informed maintenance who came out and sorted it. Thanks ladies for being patient with two middle-aged dimwits!!

King bed mattress is worn down for sure, could do with an upgrade, there was no washing machine either, not ideal for a family with toddlers staying for a few nights.

Pillows weren’t super comfortable and the dishwasher didn’t seem to work well - smelled bad & no fully clean dishes. One bathroom also had a faulty shower.

It is more about places to eat rather than the suit. If you prefer veggies and low-fat food, you'd better make it yourself - most of the eateries in Ucluelet serve grill and fish chips style food.

It is located in a very quiet area of Ucluelet, surrounded by water. On a sunny day, you'll have an amazing view on the harbor and can hear sea lions barking.

You couldn't easily walk anywhere.

Lovely view overlooking the estuary. Dining room and lounge both had views. Balcony was a bonus. Very quiet.

It's a bit dated. The heating was either too hot or not hot enough.

Everything we needed was available. The deck and double soaker tub was wonderful.

Check in was slow; and they compensated us w a delicious bottle of BC wine; well done.

The water front location overlooking the inlet Beach. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom unit with water views on 3 sides. The heated floors and gas fireplace were appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked. The bath was deep and long; perfect for soaking. King bed was very comfortable .
