housekeeping is not available 24/7. there was a faulty hairdryer and oven is not available.

the property had some changes and change is to Hilton hotel which is a walking distance. there’s a hotel bus from the airport that leads to the hotel itself.

No windows to open in the room and I don't want to listen to a noisy ventilator fan all night. I also don't like the idea of the CHF100.00 hold placed extra on my card. What are you worried about....damages> You have the clients card number and you can charge him directly for the damages!

The fee for parking a car on the property should be eliminated. On the same trip, I stayed in a similar 4 star hotel in Bologna, Italy, and there was no charge for parking my car over night.

I have been staying in the properties of Hilton-Zurich Airport for a decade, and the quality of the stay never disappoints. If I had a complaint, it would be the large fee charged to park a car inside the grounds.

The food on site at the Hilton is outrageously expensive. I hiked to a nearby Aldi and bought groceries I could immediately consume or keep in the mini-refrigerator. There was no microwave. I came from Zurich by public transport and then took the shuttle to the airport for departure. By public transport, it is a long way with multiple transfers (an hour). Then I walked rolling suitcases plus backpack and faced carrying them approx 30 steep stairs up the hill from the street below to the Hilton. Shuttle to airport is 10 CHF. It is only free if you are coming FROM the airport TO the Hilton.

This property was closed for renovations, so I was moved at no added expense to the nearby Airport Hilton. Very posh and comfortable once inside. The shuttle to the airport was convenient, clean and on time.

it isn't reeeeeally at the airport. the shuttle was quick but you have to make sure you get a space, and they don't book them, so it's first come first serve. not super great for your nerves on the way to the airport.

the actual aparthotel was not being used - refurb or something? - so i was seamlessly booked into the Hilton next door. I clearly got one of the 'back up' rooms for this kind of an occasion, but it was comfortable and clean, all i needed.

apart-hotel under renovation so I got moved to Hilton good service with free transport to the hotel and just CHF6 to get back to airport. not super easy location because you must get the car or a ride to get out of there to downtown. good service at the counter

The cost of breakfast, according to your confirmation of booking, was 15EUR, but I was charged 25EUR.

My original booking was for ApartHotel, but since it is under renovation I was moved to the nearby Hilton.

We booked 1 night between our flights over the new years eve. However, the hotel closed for some reason and redirected our booking to the Hilton next door - no problem there, all went well.
