Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

BrazilThe suite bathroom has a bathtub but no overhead shower, which would be convenient to have as you don't always feel like having a tub bath. The "floor" of the tub is also very slippery. The very late check in time at 5pm and very early check out time at 10am do not suit travellers and is not common practice in the tourism business.
The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The wellness SPA area is very good after a day skiing.

AustraliaThe place is an up hill walk if you are coming from the centre of town. Can be an issue for tired legs or those with mobility issues. There is a bus but stops after 8 or 9pm so if you are ok to wait or ok to walk back from a dinner in town, there are no issues.
Perfect for a longer stay where you want a decent kitchen and space to breathe. Close to the bus stop and in a quiet part of town. Rooms are spacious and the facilities at the apartment were great. We loved using the raclette machine and fondue machine for various dinners.

France- We generally would never recommend this apartment to anyone given its outrageous price - Overall misrepresentation of the apartment vs pictures - Inconvenient location far from ski lifts - Poorly furnished with tired furniture - No capsules for the dishwasher or nespresso machine. We had to clean dishes manually - We could not find the trash closet, it was not indicated in the guide and we had to carry our trash to another building - Low pressure in the shower - Charged us CHF 100 for a lost key and harassed us for the payment, which we always accepted

IsraelLocation is very remote and requires a considerable climb - you basically have to take a taxi all the time (these were 35 chf each time) However, even though remote, the apartment is located below noisy railway (operating only during the day) and the balcony and apartment are surrounded so that view is probably one of the poorest you can get around in Zermat. I added two pics of the review from the balcony. Mattresses sadly are inconvenient and were in need of replacement. The jacuzzi and humid sauna were not good. Location wise - in this case, it is better to take an apartment in Tasch, where you have a constant train from there every 20 minutes. At least the train is included in most of the passes you get anyway as part of a multiday vacation. I would recommend this apartment only for people equipped with bikes.
the layout of the apartment and furnishing are excellent. Two convenient modern and bathrooms. We had a nice sunny balcony. Raclait and fondu sets in the apartment were a nice addition. The availability of a washer and dryer downstairs was nice. The hot dry sauna was excellent. the apartment was very clean.
