Breakfast always same for 1 whole week. And lady who is present during breakfast never smiled. I felt like I was stealing breakfast from her. She looked grumpy. I once poured milk on my cereal , whole cereal tasted bitter. I ask them if milk was spoiled. They never replied back to me. Strange.

Sorry not to be able to give any feed back. I reserved the hotel for a friend who did pay for. I was not there. The only thing I know is that the hotel was ok, but the restaurant is closed on sunday and monday.

The hotel is not new and some facilities could be renovated. Other than that everything was very good.

Apartment was very spacious and had a lot of facilities (2 bathrooms, kitchen, terrace, a very cosy dining area where we spent a lot of time playing board games with the children). Central location with access to all of the city attractions and a free parking made it a very good choice for our vacation. But what completely exceeded our expectations was a dinner. The menu was very rich and the dishes were super tasty. Salmon and caviar starters, chestnut and truffle soup, veal fillet and selection of desserts... Everything was so good!

Staff was friendly and we could feel a personal attitude. The atmosphere in the hotel is very cozy and pleasant overall. Breakfast was very decent. We also used the opportunity to book dinner with our reservation. This was very convenient since we could just visit the hotel's restaurant for dinner instead of having to search for other places nearby. The food was quite good. Big thanks to the hotel staff who took into account our request for lactose-free meals and adjusted the menu accordingly. The room was nice, had all that was necessary for the stay. The location is within a walking distance from the Parsenn Funicular, so we could walk there instead of needing a car. There were parking spots right in front of the hotel but it got a bit crowded on Saturday evening, so it would be good to specify if you're coming with a car beforehand, just in case. The hotel is pretty well maintained and offers a very good quality for the three-star level, which it has.

Cons: - Reception staff was not friendly at all, bordering on rude. When I was leaving they claimed I hadn't paid part of the bill (local tourist tax); luckily I had kept the credit card receipt to prove I indeed had paid it when I checked in. Very unpleasant experience overall. - Tourists in Davos can take the bus and local train for free but I was not informed nor given the bus pass on check in. I had to ask about it explicitly, only then they gave it to me. - Breakfast choices are limited. - Extremely poor wifi: 6Mb/s are unacceptable in 2024. - The room was tiny and the furniture really dated. The door lock was clunky to operate, requiring extra care to make sure the door was locked properly before leaving. Also, the walls and door are not very soundproof.

Pros: - Good location, just a short walk from the Parsennbahn and the railway station. - The staff in the breakfast area was friendly and helpful.

Due to the inherent age of the hotel Concordia, the floors tend to be noisy, causing us to be disturbed by the sound of footsteps during both early mornings and late nights. The bathrooms are incredibly cramped, making it difficult to maneuver and find a place to store clothes. The internet connection was very bad, constantly loosing signals.
