The charging ports need to be better distributed throughout the room. I couldn't get work done on the small table provided in the room due to the lack of charging ports.

The hotel is located in a very nice locality, very close to the lake. The room was clean and well-maintained.

The bathroom was small and plastic (standard for the chain). No kettle, no drinks, no water in the room. No safe, no fridge.

About laguage safely when u checkout and u want to put your bag at reception. They just tell u put it anywhere in open and they even did't investigate when u come back for bag.

At the arrival the receptionist did not advise that the booking was mistakenly for one person so we received a call in the evening saying that we need to pay extra and than every time we met the staff were asking when we pay for the city tax. Abut annoying the lack of service. The rest was all good.

The ticino public transports inclusive and hotel cleaness and the fact that was very close to the train station.

Parking was quite expensive at 22 CHF/day.

Clean accommodation and close to the lake. Parking was available and 24-hour check-out as well.

All our basic needs are provided to make our stay comfortable. Location: near the furnicular, short distance to paradiso train station and walkable to the Lugano center.

The resturant for the breakfast is really small with limited food options specially for egggs. Dogs are allowed in the resturant.Only one electric socket in the room which is not enough if you have many devices to charge.

We had some Nachos and drinks at the bar in the evening and the Lady serving us was very kind and friendly! Sie went out of her way to bring water for the dog and petting her. It was a very nice and very relaxing evening!

Walking distance to lake of lugano. Convenient store in walking distance. Bus stop walking distance. Room very clean and tidy, although it doesnt have a great view. Nice place to stay

Could have provided a kettle in the room. Some tea and coffee would have made a huge difference. No fridge in the bedroom.

Price was ok, but since it wasn't exactly in main city center, I feel it could have been a little lower to account for this.

Convenient location to Paradiso train station (remember it's not in the Lugano downtown) which is also right next to the funicular or trailhead up to Mount San Salvatore

The room was quite hot, and the shower is a bit small which are small details. What I didn´t like was the fact that there were people with a huge dog at breakfast. Some people are allergic to dogs, some others are scared of dogs, and some others simply don´t like dogs, it´s not comfortable for everyone to see a big dog close to you while you are eating. But what bothers me more is that people at breakfast were touching the dog. It just takes some seconds to touch the dog and then go to the breakfast buffet and touch the food/fork/ the coffee machine or anything that everyone is eating/using.

Price-value relation, it´s one of the best ones in the city. I like to book here when going to Lugano.

Small bathroom without a vent, got quite warm after having a shower. However, extremely clean and had everything you need.

Clean, confortable room with all the basics. Very approachable employees. Breakfast was good.
