Very comfortable hotel, clean, good staff services and well located with a nice breakfast. The hotel is strong on a low carbon footprint. Will highly recommend.

A little far from the train station and up a hill! 🤨

Staff gave some great recommendations for dining. Grampi's restaurant (find the reviews for it on Google). Everyone was always very friendly. Nice breakfast. Has a lift and a nice view from the roof with tables and chairs to relax up there.

Room was much smaller than it looked in photos. My room was overlooking a construction site. It is a fairly dated inn. I didn't think it was good value for money but probably that's Zermatt.

Breakfast is nice, ski room and storage available. Bathroom was nice and clean.

We booked two rooms, one of the rooms had a view of the construction site.

Central location. The rooms were small, but comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The receptionists were friendly and it was possible to deposit our luggadge before check-in time. Happy with this hotel.

Major construction adjacent to the hotel which if your room is on the construction side it would be problematic.

Quaint and included breakfast. Also located close to the main and busy street, but away enough to only hear the river. Staff amazing, kudos to Michael and Simone.

In the middle of Zermatt close to everything. Snow on arrival in spring making it a snowy wonderland. Staff were fantastic, Norbert was so friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay, thank you

the lift small and when I don't know it's safe or not. the double room has 2 bed not 1 bed

please don't bring a big luggage to this hotel, because you will need cardio to go here. it's not far but the road in Zermatt was using stone. the hotel has ski room, so you can put your ski equipment and luggage there. the staff was ok, not friendly but ok still respect us as a guest. the lift was small and quite challenging, but I'm appreciate they have a small lift. the room was clean, but the one that I was stayed was a lil bit old, some of the room is more modern, it's ok, small step. the breakfast was ok, they have bread, oat, fruit, egg, and coffee or milk.

The hotel is such a nice place to stay, it is clean and safe. It is close to the railway station and to the cable car station, so you can do all the activities in the city without long walks. The roof view was great and we were really happy to see the Matterhorn from there. The breakfast was very good - there were various fruits and vegetables, and all kinds of food you’d like to eat for breakfast. The people at the reception were really nice, we didn’t have any problems there.

There was major construction going on outside my window. Photo attached. It was also a $20 dollar taxi to and from the train.

The bathroom was kept in immaculate condition. The room itself was very clean and tidy was well. Cleanliness means the most to me and both the bathroom and room were very clean. Bathroom was also quite modern, which I appreciated.

We were two female friends holidaying together and had requested twin beds. Therefore, we were rather upset to find we had a double bed!! 😒

The hotel was an easy walk from the train station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.
