Lovely modern clean room with balcony looking toward the Matterhorn. Wonderful to be able to cook when everything in Zermatt is expensive. Helpful staff.

It is quite far from train station, if you bring 2 big luggage + 2 cabin luggage & baby stroller, but we were okay because the city it self are small and walking distance to everywhere, the second is the way (asphalt) to the hotel door must be repair soon.

The room were spacious, they had living room, mini kitchen with electric stove, microwave, kettle, kitchen set, etc. Also they have private balconies and the view was directly to Matterhorn and the city Zermatt.

it was like 10 min away from the train station not bad but with luggage it could be hard to walk. the reception its not in the hotel for information you need to call but it’s not a big deal

Location isn't the best as there seem to be many industrial companies in the area and a lot of construction/maintenance. Then again, that's a minor problem with the town center only being a 10 minute walk away. Pillows were a bit too soft, (sleeping?) couch was not very comfortable.

Enormously spacious and well equiped apartment for a price that's very affordable in a place like Zermatt. View of the Matterhorn from the window. Recommended!

- can see Matterhorn from the balcony (not from the window), our room have a building in front of us so we cannot see the matterhorn clearly - reasonable price - can leave the luggage at hotel alpen resort - have a little kitchen for cooking

Room is suppose to be Matterhorn view and it is but the Matterhorn view is not grand enough because we are at the lower floor but it still good.

Our unit bathroom is too small. No room to turn. It also needs repairs or a makeover. Kitchen countertop is very small and not enough cooking essentials. Didn't see any smoke alarm.

Wonderful view of the Matterhorn when weather is good. Comfortable stay. Room size is good for couples except the bathroom and kitchen are small. Close to bus stop. Self check-in was easy and quick.

It was not clean in the inside of the toaster.

Good to take a break to stay few days in this apartment, espcially the spacious balcony that can see Matterhorn directly.

We ordered a room with two twin beds and when we got to the hotel, they were attached with one mattress. A quick call to the reception and in less than an hour they separated the beds while we were gone.

Perfect view to the Matterhorn. Excellent kitchenware (We even had cooking oil and seasoning, which to me is not common).

Internet speed was VERY slow in our apartment

A very spacious apartment - ideal for a long stay. The bus stop is very near to the apartment offering two bus routes to all of the ski areas - excellent and it was always empty (start of bus route!!). 10 minutes walk to town The staff at the hotel managed to sort out a few problems with the apartment very efficiently and quickly at the beginning of our stay. Cleaning and linen changes arranged for us during a long stay - thank you

Kitchenette was really very small, and could be better equipped/enlarged. There is no oven, though there is a microwave and a toaster.

Big room, good ski room facility, access to the spa, staff provided a fondue set on request!

Very clean and spacious rooms, good location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Luggage storage after checkout is possible. The spa area for an extra 10CHF is fantastic and more than worth it!

The location it’s about 10min walk to the Main Street, no one was at reception, so self check in and no one to answer some of our questions.

It’s clean with very good space. We had great views of the Matterhorn, which was amazing.

The heater can't work. The technician dont know how to repair. Stay for 3 nights with no heater, very cool, my friends get sick.
